Greetings, Summoners!

So I was thinking, why not more stealth champs? We got Eve, Twitch, Teemo.. pretty much just a cancerous champ after a cancerous champ, and yet they ARE quite interesting. So I was thinking; a ranged stealth assassin could be exactly what League needs to piss AD carries off. So, let's get started!

P: Tactical Camouflage

  • Elia stealthes herself when out of combat for 4 seconds. While stealthed, she gains 20% bonus movement speed and Detection. Elia's first attack after leaving stealth shocks the target, Grounding and slowing it by 25% for 1 second.
Detection: When spotted by an enemy ward, Elia reveals its position and disables it for 4 seconds. This effect has a 50 second cooldown.

Q: Snipe (6/5/4/3/2)

  • A fast but narrow bullet, that deals 20/60/100/140/180 (100% of AD) damage to the first enemy it hits.

Snipe is treated as basic attack; it can critically strike, applies on-hit effects and its cast time and cooldown are reduced by attack speed.

Hitting an enemy champion with Snipe exposes their weakness for 2 seconds, causing them to take 30% increased damage from Elia's attacks and abilities. Snipe deals 50% more damage to monsters. ** W: Resuppliance** (12/11/10/9/8)

  • Passive: Increases Elia's attack speed by 5/10/15/20/25%.

-Active: Elia resupplies her weapon cache, gaining two charges of Snipe (cooldown between charges is 50% shorter than normal cooldown), refreshing cooldown of Trigger Trap and doubling the attack speed bonus for 2 seconds.

The passive bonus is disabled during the cooldown.

E: Trigger Trap (14/12/10/8/6)

  • Elia sets up an invisible trap that lasts for up to 30 seconds. The trap is triggered when an enemy champion walks into it, rooting them for 2 seconds and increasing range of Elia's Snipe towards the trapped champion by up to 500%. Up to 3 Trigger Traps can be active at once.

The empowered Snipe deals bonus damage for equal to 20% of the target's maximum health and pierces all enemies in the bullet's path, dealing 50% of total damage to them.

R: Precision Strike (100/80/60)

  • Elia calls for an orbital strike, dealing 100/150/200 (40% of AD) to all enemies in a line and dropping a set of bombs in its wake that land and arm after a short delay.

Enemies that step on the bombs and all nearby enemies take 20/40/60 (20% of AD) physical damage, are briefly knocked away and slowed by 65% for 0.75 seconds afterwards. Each enemy damaged by a bomb has its armor reduced by 5%.

Gameplay and thoughts

So, I played SC II a little bit, and got enchated by Ghosts. We have a stealth melee/spellcaster champion, so why not a ranged one? I don't think it would be that overpowered, since most of her skills require careful planning, as she will need to find a good place in order to Snipe an opponent (as she gets revealed when she comes too close), and Trigger Trap is also a very demanding ability, while Resuppliance provides her with the utility she needs to not be an all-in champion. She also has a little bit of teamfight and objective control utility with her Precision Strike, so in need, she can also use her ultimate to catch her opponents off-guard.

Of couse I think that her primary role would be jungle, as her ganks are supported by her stealth plus her Detection passive. However, she offers little crowd control, and mainly relies on bursting a squishy opponent down in a matter of seconds. However, she can also abuse bonus damage from Trigger Trap against tanky enemies.

Lore

Piltover is a place where science meets war, where hextechnology meets a blade. And also a place, where criminals are hunted without remorse and mercy.

While the police corps of Piltover under Caitlyn's command are busy taking out regular hooligans, the government began to see a lot of activity in the darker and more secret section of the city. These people, though, were seemingly innocent and so a punishment was unable to be exacted. This is why they recruited one person, who already had experience with these situations; Elia.

Being given a status of Caitlyn's third in command, she acquired a newly-augmented hextech tacitcal suit, allowing her to become one with her surroundings, albeit she was extremely good in camouflaging beforehand. With help of this suit and her trusty sniper rifle, she managed to hunt down and arrested majority of the Piltover underground evil-doers, while the rest is now hidden or already on run.

They won't get far.

Let me know what you think of her in the comments below!

Pretty interesting, although having press the attack would pretty much give her an advantage against tanks
