[Champion Concept]: Ulhra'zul, the Hand of Pestilence
Hello guys, so I've had this idea back in the day, and now I've finally found time to complete it. So, let's get started.
I've been thinking about creating a unique support character, that would have an entirely different playstyle than currently existing supports. I've also wanted to create a character that would actually represent the playstyle; pretty much like Thresh and Leona represent the agressive, initiating supports, and Lulu and Janna represent the peeling and defensive support. So, I've created** Ulhra'zul, the Hand of Pestilence**.
Here's the overview of his abilities.
Passive: Shell of Corruption
- While Infesting an allied champion. Ulhra'zul redirects 35% of incoming damage to himself. Infested ally also gains bonus 5 (+2 per level) Armor and 7 (+2 per level) Magic Resist for as long as Ulhra'zul remains within them. If the **Infested **ally falls below 30% health, Ulhra'zul sacrifices_ 20% of his maximum health_ to conjure a shield around the **Infested **ally for equal to 100% of the health sacrificed (60 second cooldown).
Q: Plague Spike (6/5/4/3/2)
- Ulhra'zul fires a projectile in a line, that deals 50/75/100/125/150 (+30% of the Infested ally's AD) (+10% of AD) physical damage to the first enemy hit and applying on-hit effects.
W: Rotting Pulse (10/9/8/7/6)
- Ulhra'zul unleashes a pulse of rot, that deals 10/15/20/25/30 (+15% of the **Infested **Ally's AD) (+30% of AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies and knocking them back (closer enemies are pushed further away) and slowing them by 25% for 1.5 seconds.
E: Thorns of Death (14/12.5/11/9.5/7)
- Ulhra'zul corrupts targeted **bush **for 4 seconds. During this time, enemies in the bush suffer 10/20/30/40/50 (+50% of AP) magic damage every second and are slowed by _75% _until they leave the bush.
While in the corrupted bush, the **Infested **ally's attacks are enchanted with plagued thorns, that deal bonus_ 5/10/15/20/25 (+20% of the **Infested **ally's AD) (+25% of AP)_ magic damage and apply a stacking damage over time effect, that deals 2/4/6/8/10 (+5% of the **Infested **ally's AD) magic damage every second per stack for 4 seconds. The damage over time is increased by 50% if a **melee **champion is Infested.
R: Infest (60/50/40/30)
- Ulhra'zul **infests **target allied champion, merging with them and becoming untargetable. While he is **infesting **a champion, Ulhra'zul gains (25/50/75% of the Infested ally's Life Steal) Spell Vamp and restores 5/10/15 mana per second.
Infest's cooldown starts after leaving the carrier's body. Re-casting Infest causes Ulhra'zul to leave the carrier instantly. Infest is available at level 1 (pretty much like Karma's ultimate).

Infesting a melee champion: Leave corruption behind us! Infesting a ranged champion: Oh yes, let my essence flow into your shots.
An Infested champion is killed: I'll find another! Leaving the Infested champion voluntarily: Not worthy of my greatness.
