These girls are some champion concepts I have in development at the moment. Not your typical League females in any capacity. They are all terrifying monstrosities in their own special ways. Unfortunately, I don't have any true monster girls, nor do I have any "female Urgots"... Yet.

Don't know if large is needed, but I would definitely love to get a female, scary, Chemtech augmented champion in the future!
Looking at the champions from Zaun, there are just 2 females and they both are attractive:
While we have some grotesque looking guys from there.
It's time for a creepy, yandere type of female from Zaun! I think she shouldn't be too "big", tho, since that would just make her a female version of Urgot.
I guess since the average male gamer has Urgot, female gamers need something they can identify themselves with too.
