Ke'Am - The Undead Assassin
Lore: Ke'Am was an assassin for hire, and he lived in Demacia. He worked for anyone willing to pay money. One day, while carrying out a mission, he got careless and screwed up. The target he was hired to assassinate had many bodyguards. When trying to kill the important Demacian politician, he was caught by the guards and sent to jail. He was on death row with charges of attempted murder, homocide, and burglary. While on the chopping block, he spoke a prayer out loud for everyone to hear. The executioner cut him short. Literally. Ke'Am had actually had a wife and kids to feed, which is why he became an assassin for hire in the first place. His wife didn't handle his death very well. She searched all over Runeterra to find anyone who could bring him back to life. Her travels eventually drove her insane, and she killed herself. By this time, his kids had all grown up. They just buried him in an unmarked grave at a cemetery. One day, an scientist needed test subjects for an experiment. He dug up the unmarked grave and found the body of Ke'Am. He brought him back to his lab, where he injected him with a serum. The serum brought him back to life, yet most of his body had decayed. He found a cloak to cover his scars. He joined the League to search for the executioner that ended his life and ruined his family.

Abilities: All of Ke'Ams abilities cost energy. All of his abilites scale of of AD except for his W, which scales AP.
Passive: For every 10 minion kill that Ke'Am gets, he will gain a temporary buff that allows him to cast an ability with a buff and no cooldown.
Q: Corrupted Blade: Ke'Am shoots a rotting dagger, that deals 75 (+20 damage per upgrade) and deal 2% of the enemies health (+1.5% each upgrade). Passive bonus: Slows enemies by 20% for .7 seconds. Does not upgrade with level. Energy cost: 75 energy (-3 per upgrade)
W: Shield of Flesh: Ke'Am creates a shield of rotted flesh around him for 4 (+ 1.5 seconds per upgrade) seconds. The shield absorbs 50 (+ 25 health per upgrade). Passive bonus: If an enemy hits him when the shield is up, they take increased damage from Ke'Ams abilities for a few seconds. Level 1-6, 2% increased damage for 1.5 seconds. Level 7-12, 4.5% increased damage for 3 seconds. Level 13-18, 7 percent increased damage for 5 seconds. Energy cost: 55 energy (-5 per upgrade)
E: Infectious Wounds: Once activated, Ke'Ams basic attacks will deal 5 damage (+7 damage per upgrade), and apply grievous wounds for 2 seconds. (does not upgrade). Passive bonus: Damage is amped to 20 damage (+10 per upgrade), and grievous wounds last 2.5 seconds.
R: Doom: Ke'Am jumps to one target enemy champion, slashing 3 times, dealing 75 damage (+70 damage per upgrade), for each slash. This ability has no passive upgrade.
Champion Description: A man with flesh hanging off, wearing a cloak.
Gameplay: Ke'Am is a mid lane assassin who specializes in assassinating single targets quickly. If Ke'Am doesn't farm early, he will fall behind, so be sure to get CS and activate his passive bonuses early on to establish lane dominance.
