Droneon Xyro, The Unknown

Lore: No one knows exactly what Droneon Xyro is. Many theorize that Droneon himself is the beginning of time. He created space and time and all of Runeterra. Others believe that he came from a long line of now extinct aliens. His "race" is said to roam space, destroying everything in its wake. Other than these various theories, we still can't determine exactly what he is. He refuses to share why he joined the League, or any of his dark and mysterious past.

Ranged: Mid Lane Primary: Mage

Abilities: All of Droneon Xyro's abilites scale with Ability Power.

Passive: Heart of Time: For every minion kill, Droneon Xyro gains .2 movement speed. Maxes at 100 minions kills and loses 20 stacks every death.

Q: Space Distortion: Slows and damages target enemy over time. Slow is 20% (+5 every upgrade) for 2 seconds ( +.25 seconds every upgrade). Damage is 75 damage (+ 35 every upgrade). Mana cost is 75 mana (-5 each upgrade). Cooldown: 9 seconds (-1.5 per upgrade).

W: Time Rift: Channels for 1 second and teleports to target enemy, dealing magic damage over time. Damage 5% maximum health (+2% each upgrade) Mana cost is 55 mana (-3 each upgrade). Cooldown: 13 seconds (-1.75 each upgrade).

E: Shield of Creation: Shields Droneon Xyro for 70 heath (+50 each upgrade). Shield lasts for 3 seconds (+1.5 seconds each upgrade). If an enemy champion strikes Droneon with a basic attack, they become slowed by 10% for 1.2 seconds. This part of the ability does not scale. Mana cost is 35 (-2 each upgrade). Cooldown: 7 seconds (-0.5 each upgrade).

R: Reverse Time: PASSIVE: Every time an enemy champion kills Droneon Xyro, they become slowed for 2 seconds (+ 1 second each upgrade). Has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

ACTIVE: Droneon reverses any enemy movement to 5 seconds (+ 1 each upgrade), putting the enemies back to where they were 5+ seconds ago. Cooldown: 110 seconds (-10 seconds per upgrade)

Champion Description: Droneon Xyro is a looming black figure, with purple veins running through his body. He is a very built creature, with many muscles. He has glowing, red eyes. He also has no mouth, he communicates telepathically. He carries a large staff (used for basic attacks). He wears a crown made of pure anti-matter.

Gameplay: Droneon Xyro is a mid lane mage, who excels at bending time to his will. He will excel in late game, when his cooldowns and mana cost are somewhat lower, but not too low. His early game consists of farming and constantly poking, while also being able to set up ganks for his jungler.
