Can I make Practice tool dummies have actual Health?

Sometimes I want to practice my ability resets on Katarina, Irelia or any other mobility reset champion so I can be fluid in my games with them. It would be nice if I can toggle their Health and allow them to die.

No.

The minimum health is 100. After that, you cannot damage them further, even with true damage. Same applies when they're in tower range.

..Sound's stupid. Just allow me to toggle their hp from fixed amounts.
