Stanwick, The metal terror

Concept: Stanwick is a nightmare in the right hands, with extreme potential to lane bully someone and to keep them on their toes. Stanwick is unable to spam abilities too often with his passive, unless planning to unleash his full kit. Afterwards he is usually left manaless. He has the ability to gradually steal mana from the opposing champion as is his theme (He stole credit and ideas from Viktor), and this gives him obvious counter-picks and champions to counter.

Lore: Professor Stanwick was an extremely well known graduate of the College of Techmaturgy in Zaun. He is wildly decorated as one of the greatest scientists who ever lived. However this fame was quickly destroyed when a reporter in Zaun discovered how Stanwick had stolen the ideas and plans of Professor Viktor who had been nowhere to be found. He was shunned from the scientific society and later shunned by Zaun itself when discovered what he did to Viktor. He vowed to get revenge on the fools who dared question his genius. Desperate to recreate himself as his Rival Viktor once did, he stole a prototype blueprint of Viktor's. He recreated himself into an imperfect machine.

His reputation had only gotten worse after this experiment, further being discredited for stealing the original professor's work. He grew angry at the ignorant scientists, and completely disintegrated all of Zaun's labs. He discovered that with this newfound power he could challenge Viktor in the League, and become the ultimate techmaturgy construction in Runeterra.

Passive: Untapped Power Stanwick does 20% more damage to enemy champions who have a debuff, or movement impairment on them. (This can only apply from spells, so no Rylia etc.)

Whenever Stanwick uses one of his basic abilities, he gains a stack of 'Untapped Power', if he damages his opponent with this ability he gains another stack. If Stanwick does not apply a stack within 6 seconds he will lose a stack.

At five stacks his abilities radius will be doubled. it will also cause a brief shock when the first spell lands causing_ (.3 AP)_ extra damage. The mana costs of these abilities are replaced with 25% of maximum mana costs. His mana will drain extremely quickly if he uses these spells while the passive is active.

Q: Calculated Shot (5 Second cooldown at all levels) Stanwick lobs a red techmine that latches onto the nearest champion it lands on (Think Zilean skillshot), it immediately explodes for 30/40/50/60/80 (.4 AP) and causes 'Technical Disruption' on whichever targets it affects for four seconds, which then causes the target's magic resist to lower by 30.

W:** Gravitational Focus (16/15/14/13/12 Second cooldown)** Stanwick sends out a small rotating sphere that stops at a location (Lux E). The Sphere gradually slows movement speed to all in the area and after 2 seconds will stun all enemies inside of the sphere for one second, dealing 50/70/80/100/140 (.5 AP) magical damage.

If an enemy has 'Technical Disruption' on them, this will instead fly towards that target and immediately stun them for two seconds. If multiple targets have the debuff, it will break into several spears and stun each target.

E: Knowledge Thief (12/10/8/7/6 second cooldown, No mana costs) Stanwick takes advantage of an unwary being, stealing 3/4/5/10/15% of their maximum mana. If they are stunned this amount is doubled.

R: Unlimited Knowledge (120 Second Cooldown) Stanwick channels his power for 2 seconds, then unleashes a massive pulse of energy on a target location. This slows all people inside of the radius for 3 seconds. After three seconds the pulse will retract into an orb and immediately explode for (.9 AP) damage.
