Tommorow is my birthday and there's one thing that I want...

I don't usually ask for anything as I see my life as pretty complete. But what I really want from you guys as a community is to spend the rest of today, March 1st, and tomorrow, (My birthday) March 2nd, completely 100% Toxic free in your matches.

My account was recently suspended and will remain suspended until March 13th, so I won't be able to join you but this was a SERIOUS wake-up call to me that I was excessively rude and toxic. I am turning over a new leaf and I want everyone who is toxic to do the same. I hope that I make an impact in someone's life that just because you are behind a computer screen does NOT mean that you are not talking to a real person. Someone who might have something bad in their life going on that you might be making worse, with even the smallest of snide remarks.

Let's work together and try and cut all toxicity out of our online and offline vocabulary.

I don't care if they are an AFK/Feeding Teemo, or a Lee sin who autolocks in champion select, says he will carry, and then proceeds to feed.

Be supportive. Be friendly. Be humble.

Try and make someone's day a little bit brighter in the next few days, and you'll make my birthday complete.

I can't even tell what you're complaining about by reading your post. It just comes off as a QQ thread about kassadin. If I were a Rioter I wouldn't respond to that garbage either.

What exactly are you hoping for: Dominion updates? Riot's never been that attached to the mode, I'm a bit surprised you expected anything at all. However if TT and SR got a VU, who knows, maybe a modern Crystal Scar is in the works? Riot did a really good job keeping the new Rift under wraps. And honestly what else would the map guys be working on? Besides maybe an Urf-centric map for April 1st?

Yeah right... because the community tips are always : "I got kicked by a good lee sin ! Better nerf lee !"

Seriously most of the time people complains about win rates/their personnal experiences instead of actual facts.

An OP champion is a champion that a lot of people are able to play properly and get an above 50% win rate by themselves without trying to learn the champion extensively.

If Urgot had a 60% win rate with a 1% pick rate, would it mean you would have to nerf him ? 60% win rate is HUGE, but just the URGODs are playing him. The same goes with Lee Sin's. Currently Lee Sin is played in 25% of games and yet he only has 46.50% win rate. (And there's not a single division where his win rate explodes.)

So stop with the nerf Lee Sin complaints.

The Veigar/Kassadin complaints, let them do their job. They had to experiment things. Honnestly I even expect to see his ult change. A point and click ability for 1400 damage is way too broken.

I expect to get thumb downed to death. But I don't care because the boards community is really good to complain anyway.

You are fine, some people just want to complain. People get mad when rioters don't post, but then get more mad when they do post but it isn't what they want them to post about. Many more people understand though, not everyone is against you all.

I had 2 afks in ranked before rank resets happened. I was Leona. Enemy got in our base and let me ult all 5 of them. They then walked into our fountain and I got a Pentakill out of it. >=D Then we surrendered. lol It was fun

Easy. Look at my match history. What's there to be toxic about in a Co-Op. lol. As in, I've mostly just been too lazy for normals to be toxic and have only been doing Co-Op for my win of the day so I'm already doing this. Dang, I play a lot. That Feb. 24th match totally isn't still on my match history. >=D

I actually had a similar situation happen last night. One of my friends, he's been having me and my other friend also play with her. She finally realized how her behavior has been when she plays with us. Whereas when she only plays with my friend, he says she's not so bad. He had a talk with her after our match because of something I said that was like a wake-up call for her. She even apologized to my other friend who was even saying "I can see why you don't like her. Everytime we play with her...she is always so vulgar...". I'm like "lol yep".

So that was an interesting chain of events that triggered from something I said at the beginning of the match. I didn't expect her to have a conscious and feel bad for it. She said something like "So that's how they see me...I didn't mean for it to be like that... fml, f'ing kill me now". I was like "Wow o.o So she actually feels bad for how she acts around us". So my friend invited her and my other friend into a group chat and they apologized to her for how she's been. Even my friend apologized to me for her bad behavior. Which was very unexpected and surprising coming from him.

When someone hints at how shitty your attitude is and how toxic you seem to be you should simply reflect right then and there and decide "hey I've been an ass hat I should change" rather than "fck you m9 I'm not even a toxic plyer go fck urself dumb troll lol jk dont report" Humble pla-...people are the best kinds of people.

I'm glad to see that some of the toxic players are able to realize that what they're doing in games is ruining the experience for others, and I'd like to thank you for taking the time to try to spread a positive attitude.

If only more people could figure it out; I just had two games where a player non-stop raged at either me or the team, and one of them said "kill yourself, it's the only out for you."

I play league as a way to take my mind off of the stress of University homework and exam stress, but when people like this are in there then it has the exact opposite effect.

Can do. The extent of my toxicity in games is already just one or two tongue-in-cheek remarks towards anyone who's actually being toxic. Who needs a mute button?

Happy Birthday!

Just to share this, last night I got a captain ; He was non considered with the teams wishes on bans and picks, he did not care what will the others pick, basically he acted as a prick in champ select. We started the game - after the enemy got the first 3 kills he starts to dominate top lane and says to the jungler "Help bot as much as u can, gank here if u think u can get an assist but i can handle this guy". Bot had trouble at the beginning (ending up jax and soraka), but the jungler accepted the advice and focused his ganks mid and bot.

This ill willed unconsidered captain in champ select, ignored taunts from the enemy, ignored any unnecessary chating from our team, and wrote back only when had something valuable for our teams objectives to say.

My point is : one does not have to be all nice and friendly lets-all-be-friends kind of summoner to be non-toxic, remember u are there with those 9 people for that match to win just that match, it does not have to be a win but also it does not have to be antagonizing.

And it might turn out more useful to lose those 2 sec writing "OMG that soraka ulti!" on assessing the map and think what should ur next objective be to help u win, or just write ":D", does whey better for ur team than "noob".

And by the way that : "I dont care, do as u please " captain... Wrecked the Rift with Dunk Master Darius !!!!!

You're exactly what League players need :) Every match I force myself to be polite in chat, unless it's for two reasons;

  1. Someone else is toxic, raging, flaming, ect. and I defend someone else
  2. I stay quiet instead of /all chatting that the top lane just threw away a triple kill to get blue buff

Either way, I still stay supportive and positive! ^^ I hope to see you out there one day :D
