"Blue" Vel'koz

So there's a "Red" Vel'koz and a "Yellow" Vel'koz, so clearly, there needs to be a "Blue" Vel'koz skin, to complete the primary colors selection :P

No, but seriously, I was thinking along the lines of Atlantean Syndra, Vel could have a water-themed skin so his abilities are blue-themed. I figure this could either go humorously or seriously:

For the "serious" version, Vel would look much like his original skin, but instead of purple, he would be shaded blue, with seaweed draped over him sparingly, and his beige skin would be darker. Vel would shoot orbs of water for his Q, open a trench for his W, and open a whirlpool (maybe?) for his E, and of course a heavy stream of water for his R (alternatively, just a plain blue ray, instead of the water).

For the "humorous" version, Vel would look like an octopus and would wear a snorkel mask. His Q would look more like bubbles, his W and E would look more "pool party" like rather than deep ocean, and his R would look more playful (I didn't think this one through as much).

Anyways, Vel is my favorite champion (okay, one of my favorites). Let me know what you think (or if this has been suggested before?)!
