Non-Serious Recruitment Silver V Climb

Hi so I play all the roles basically (although I loathe jungle), though I kind of prefer bot (adc or supp) and mid. I'm pretty decent... Okay, I have like a 50% win rate in normals (it's like 156 wins to 160 losses or something) and in Ranked I have like a 1/5 win rate (I've won six out of sixteen games played or something like that), but I think that's because I'm not as serious as some of these people here. And think about it, for every time someone wins, someone loses. Oh, anyway, I know the "rewards" for getting Gold are better than Silver (which is where I'm at now) and I was wondering if some people (either solo or team, even 3v3 I love TT) wanted to try to get gold with me (however it works) but not be serious to kill me if I do poorly here or there. Anyways any responses are welcome!
