Health: 600-2310 Health Regen: 7-22 Resource: Fury/Rage Armor: 27-92 Magic Resist: 32.1-53.4 Attack Damage: 62-123 Attack Speed: 0.6-0.90 Melee: 150 Movement Speed: 340 Primary Role: Tank/Fighter Secondary Role: Fighter/Tank

Quick Synopsis: Jarl Vrol is a massive tank and hits hard like one. Using his massive hammer as his weapon he is a force to be reckoned with. One on one fights with him are ill advised as he will more than likely outlast the other. His strong will and determination fueled by his fury and rage make him someone you don't want to cross unless well prepared. He is an excellent edition to top lane, and for those looking to get some damage mitigation in bottom lane.

Heads up. This background is slightly long. I wanted to try and shorten it, but it failed. Near the end I rushed it a bit so it may seem flaky. So, TL;DR: He comes from a land west of Valoran. Across the seas he came after freeing his homeland from people who enslaved them, but became thrilled by battle near the end instead of peace. He led his people to an icy death on the seas for his own pride and thirst of battle. The ice heard his pleas of not wanting to die and of how he had failed his men. It gave him a second chance. Gave him some powers of ice. He then came upon Ashe and she allowed him to be in her camp and serve by her side, and though it doesn't say in the lore he quickly gained her trust and became one of her right hands. He finds this as a second chance to atone for his own foolishness and the lost lives of his men.

Background: The Kulvrosi. Strong and fierce. They lived in the frozen north of the land. They were the people of the land. Divided into tribes and landholders. Given to them by the king of their land. However, this king was corrupt and with corruption came the downfall of the proud and fierce Kulvrosi people. Sold, the king had failed them. Their people put into shackles. The landholders, workers, craftsman, mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters all made into nothing by their king who had become so corrupted to have sold his land and his people to the south. Little eyes watched as his family were cut down before him as they put up a fight against the captors. His family brought fire to the young eyes watching from his hiding place. Scores of the invaders fell, but soon overwhelmed. Strong hands gripped his ankles and yanked him out. The smile of the man before him burned into his memory, and the words "My, aren't you a healthy one?" seared into his ears."

The breath. Cold and harsh. His lungs burning, but his heart full of fire and energy. His muscles ached and his body was covered in sweat. He looked down at the man before him. Begging for his life. He knelt before the man propping himself on the shaft of his hammer. Looking the man dead in the eyes, "Aye, I'm a healthy one." The man quivered and quaked as the one before him with the hammer smiled the same smile which had been burned years ago into his brain. Standing and with a great heave brought the hammer down upon the man. There was nothing left but splattered and mashed remains. Tilting his head he breathed a sigh of relief. The man dead now. Though the fighting still needing to be fought. With anger, fury, and rage in him he roared and lifted his hammer, returning to the fray.

The stories spread far and wide of the man with fire and passion in his heart with rage and fury in his eyes. The great hammer upon his shoulders as he rushes headlong into battle. From region to region he travels and in each region he conquers. Each region his army grows stronger. A conquer. A fighter for freedom. A hero. The stories of Vrol spread, and the fear of his approach shredded any dignity the king of the north and those of the south had had as they knelt before him pleading and soiling themselves. His hatred burned deep and his people would be freed. No mercy was shown. The lands united. Under his rule the people of the south were not shown the cruelty that his people had suffered. His rage had abated but still fueled him. Never would he see the like again in his lands. Soon all the people heralded him as a hero. However, the war had changed him. His taste of blood drove him on. His hatred not abated. Though he had become this lands conqueror he needed more. Craved more, and set his sights on a land far across the world that he heard rumors of. A land called Valoran.

"I am telling you this is foolish! Jarl, please heed my words! If you do this you will meet an icy death and your people will lose the greatest leader it has had in ages. Lost and will die off! This land will return to turmoil! Please reconsider!" The mystic shouted and followed the young Jarl out as he walked away from her.

"Woman! This is foolishness! Your.....mystic arts! I respect the old ways, but this is nonsense! We will go to this new land and if so be it we will go to war!" He shouted and roared. The men waiting outside roared with him.

"You were once a man of reason and peace.....now since you tasted battle you crave nothing but blood and war! If you head out you will leave this land defenseless and your men will die! We will die! That will be on YOU!" She cried before entering her house.

He dismissed this and laughed it off as her being paranoid. The next day thousands of his warships left, and never returned. The waters were dangerous. The creatures fierce. Storms brewed almost constantly and they fought through it. They lost several ships and superstition began to spread among the crew. Whispers spread through the ships that perhaps the old woman was right, but Vrol was quick to put those to rest as he pressed up. The storms grew worse and a voice spoke to them. Across the water came a young but strong voice of a man, "Turn back mortal. These waters are in turmoil. They are not to be tampered with." Vrol scoffed and shouted into the wind of the storms, "We are the Kulvrosi! We shall not be bested!"

"Mortal, I have warned you. I am the Guardian of the Waters. Heading on now while they are angered will only lead to you and your peoples deaths." Vrol smirked and they continued on. Not hearing the voice again. He had no time for superstition. He had land to conquer. Besides, the waters were angry? How could water have emotions? He laughed at the thought. The old woman and that voice said the same thing though. He shook his head at the thought and ignored the gnawing sensation of darkness creeping over him. A few days later a powerful storm hit them. It was only a few more days after that it cleared and he found his ships icelocked. Another, even more powerful storm came a day later. Icy and cold. He saw his men succumb to the frost. Some becoming so brittle they burst at the slightest wind. He felt his burning rage begin to ache and consume him. This was the last he thought to himself. This storm would be their downfall. He walked through his men to the brow of the ship and stood their with his hammer in his propped before him. Standing and facing the coming doom. Inside him he felt regret. He knew he should have listened, but his foolish pride and thirst for battle and conquest propelled him and his people to this cruel fate. He stood looking out into the second coming of the ice storm. Facing it with determination and no fear. His heart burning with fire. That was the last he remembered. The ice soon overcame him and his men.

Hundreds of centuries past and a great war happened. Then for a time there was a small peace. Northwest of the Freljord in the frozen waters for the past few hundred centuries was a thought. A pulsing warmth. "I don't want to go out like this. This weather can kiss my ass. My men. I failed you. This was my fault. I won't die here. I can't die here." This message continued on for centuries upon centuries and it was heard. The ice heard it. The conviction and the passion. Bestowing the gift of life, and ice to this man. Upon a ship of only one man left the sound of cracking ice could be heard. From the brow of the ship came tumbling a man face first into the ice and snow. Groggy and unaware the man stood up. Having a hard time seeing. He felt for his face and found his left frozen and frostbitten. He looked to the ships and tears streamed his face, "My brothers. My people. None....but I survived." He searched their wreckage and found nothing but frozen pieces of his people. Broken and crushed. Building a fire he melted the ice off a spoon and bit down on some leather he found. Digging out his eye and donning a makeshift eyepatch. "A small price to pay compared to you my friends." And with the last of the fire he set the ships ablaze and watched as they all took to the flame. Melting and falling through the ice into the sea. Grabbing his hammer he trekked on towards the land he spotted southeast of him.

Days passed and then he came upon a hunting party. Some party for "Queen Ashe". They came into contact and drew bows, "I mean no harm to you or your party. If you choose to fight though...." He lifted his fist and punched to his side towards a cliff face which shattered a hold into it, "I will not be taken easily. My name is Jarl Vrol, of the Kulvrosi. I seek audience with your leader." Still wary of this man they obliged. They trekked a long ways before coming to the place of the "Avarosan" as they called themselves. They reminded him much of his own people. Though less battle hardened. Being led through the area he came upon a sight. Within a tent he was brought forth before a beautiful woman with white hair.

"Queen Ashe I assume?" He asked and nodded his head, the men around the tent looked to each other warily at this large man. His hammer by his side, but propped on the ground.

"You are the one my hunting party found, yes?" She inquisited.

"Aye, that be me," He said and held his right hand with his left. Just then realizing what he had done. His fist had crushed stone. He was strong, but not that strong. He contemplated at it, but didn't for long as he asked, "Where am I exactly lass?"

The men stiffened at the term lass, but Ashe smiled and held up a hand, "You are in the Freljord. I am Ashe, the leader of the Avarosan. The land you find yourself on is called Valoran. You're not from here I assume?"

He scratched his beard and shook his head, "Aye, that I am not. I'm from a land far across the sea to the west. If it still exists. My name is Jarl Vrol, of the Kulvrosi. Though, I suppose it is just Vrol now. Mind you explain why you look like you're going into war?"

"The Freljord is split. Three factions vie for it. Three tribes. So, yes. We may have to fight," she said and looked disappointed with it. That's when he noticed her strange bow.

"Nice bow there lass. An icebow? Strange....Then again so is finding me in the middle of nowhere. Might you need help in this war?" He hefted his hammer and smiled.

"I've no need for a bloodthirsty barbarian," She waved her hand, "I am looking for peaceful means to win this war, and you seem...."

"I seem like the type who would rather kill than save right? Aye, that I did. However..." He held his hand to his eye and smiled, "It took too much of a loss to show me I was wrong. I wasn't always bloodthirsty and willing to battle lass. I have returned to that man. I'm not one to want to spill anymore blood than necessary, but I do excel in it if necessary. You change your mind. Let me know." He turned to leave.

"Wait....You do not seem like the fight crazy man I took you for," She stated, "Perhaps we could use a man like you in our ranks." She walked over and held a hand out to him which he took. She raised an eyebrow, "It's.....cold yet warm."

"Aye, it seems I was changed lass. I thank you. I only wish my men were here to help. A united people under peace and prosperity is better than under that of power and battle. I should've learned that long ago. The ice gave me a second change and bestowed me with the power to do so. I was once a conqueror you know. If you ever need that fighting man again I'm sure he can easily be available. Thank you lass." He smiled and nodded. Heading out the tent. He had to live in this world and redeem himself. What better way than to serve a kind and beautiful woman as that to give him a chance. Ashe ordered him quarters and so he began his life under the command of Ashe in the Freljord. His eye a reminder and the change to himself that of which had transpired. Over the course of his time their Ashe learned more of him and so did the soldiers. He found out how long he was frozen and that his home was centuries dead and gone.

Alas, there was something else. Somewhere within his thoughts he heard other thoughts. A voice that was cold yet warm. Deep in his chest and inside his mind he felt it. Heard it. What was it? What is it? He would discover it. He knew when it was time he would know. A spirit of ice dwelled within him now. Giving him his second chance.

The picture used is not mine. I found it via google and thought it was awesome as well as being something I wanted to do for a long time. We don't really have a "Hammer" champion. No, I don't count Jayce as a hammer champion. He just feels too magey/pokey to actually be a hammer like champion, but that is my opinion on Jayce. The rights to the picture go to the rightful owner. I only take credit on my concept, the lore, and the kit for my character. Thank you!

Appearance: http://cs314816.vk.me/v314816871/7165/zYU3fRNpbaM.jpg The only difference from this picture and my champion is that he has an animal pelt around his right shoulder/chest much like the pauldron on the left side but covers the majority of his right side. It connects to his pants. The eyepatch (as described in the lore if you read that far) is on the left side and not the right. His hammer end is also twice the size of the hammer end in this picture and the handle is slightly longer (Slightly, not too much). His hair is also slightly more orange than the picture. Darker than the hair color in this. His eyes (Or eye in this case) is a deep emerald green with a ver thin sky blue circle in the middle of it.

Also, due to an ice spirit inside of him he takes on a blueish tinge to his skin as well as an icey aura. He can change his temperature to freezing cold to regular body temperature. While in battle an icy aura is around him as if steam. Same goes for around his weapon. The spirit helps amplify himself and his attacks.

Age: About 20-25 years of age. He is haggard from battle though and the ice makes him forget just how old he is. The fact he has battle so much and has fought a lot has made him into a battle scarred warrior which makes him look much older than he is along with his strength. Height: 7' 0" Weight: Between 250-300lbs pure muscle. No one knows for sure, but they say he is extremely heavy. He crushed a chair for crying out loud. Legit. It was in the camp. They have to reinforce chairs with steel for him. Even his bed.

Weapon: His hammer. Pretty self explanatory. >:D

Since Widgets apparently don't transfer from WordPad to the forums I will be using O's and Ns for the scale. O is the colored in square. N is the empty square.

Attack Power:---OOOOOONNNN Defense Power:-OOOOOOONNN Ability Power:---ONNNNNNNNN Difficulty:--------OOOONNNNNN

Passive: Kulvrosi Blood/Spirit of Ice: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6011_btn.jpg Kulvrosi Blood: Vrol's Kulsvrosi blood rages and burns inside him. Every 25 rage/fury gained he becomes faster and power powerful. Giving into the bloodlust. Gaining increased attack speed and movement speed as well as shrugging off a percentage of damage done by the enemy.

Attack Speed: 5% per 25 rage/fury. Max 20%. Movement Speed: 5% per 25 rage/fury. Max 20%. Damage mitigation: 5% per 25 rage/fury. Max 20%. Decay: Rage decays slowly while out of combat. When out of combat for more than 5s his rage begins to slowly decay by 2 every 0.5s and grows to 5 every 0.5s after 10s of being out of combat. Rage resets upon death.

http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/5/icons_4045_btn.jpg Spirit of Ice: The spirit of ice that dwells inside him gives him bonus defense.

Armor and Magic resist: 5/10/15/20

Rage/Fury: Vrol uses Rage/Fury as a resource. Each time he gets hit an enemy basic attack, uses an ability that damages an enemy, basic attack that hits an enemy, or gets hit by an enemy ability he gains Rage/Fury. Retroactively he gains 1 Rage/Fury every second.

Enemy basic attack: He gains 3 Rage/Fury Basic Attack: 3 Rage/Fury Ability: 5 Rage/Fury Enemies Abilities: 5 Rage/Fury

Note: Let me know if the Rage/Fury numbers should be adjusted to more, less, or if they are good. Thank you! Also, for the two icons. I used two to show them differently, but the icon which would be used would be a mix of those two. The Ice Spirit within the Blood and the blood around the Ice Spirit sorta thing. Alas I don't have the tools to do so and where I found the icons they didn't have anything close to them.

Q http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/15/icons_14920_btn.jpg Icy Strike: Vrol lifts his hammer and smashes the ground causing a shockwave. This shockwave starts where his hammer hits and generates ice spikes from the ground that permeate around the hammer following the shockwave. Enemies hit at point of impact take damage and are stunned for a short duration. Those at the edge and along the shockwave take reduced damage and are knocked up.

Within 1s he may activate this again to slam the ground once more sending a 450 unit long icey spike in the direction he is facing. This deals damage but does not stun or knock up/back any enemies.

Cooldwon: 17/15/13/11/9s Damage at impact: 70/100/130/160/190 (+70% AD) Damage around impact: 30% damage of impact. Damage of icey spikes: 30/50/70/90/110 (+50% AD) Stun duration: 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1s Knock up duration: 0.25s Range/Radius: 350 unit cast radius around him. Impact radius of 200 units. Shockwave starts from the outer edge of the impact and expands 200 more units. Total radius of the attack is 400. This is a close range circle skillshot. The second slam sends shards of ice in target direction (The direction he is facing) for 450 units. The width of these spikes is the same as Xerath's poke.

Note: The visual for this ability is much like this. Once activated the cast radius comes up and the radius for the skill appears on the mouse. Clicking within the radius somewhere will activate the skill to that area. He brings up his hammer with a mighty roar and then slams it down with tremendous force. Impacting the area his hammer hits and causing the shockwave. The moment of impact causes the ground around it to erupt in ice spikes which are effectively the shockwave. The second visual is him bringing them hammer back around and slamming into the same spot sending ice shards forward.

Note 2: Those at the center are not knocked up. Only stunned. The ones at the edge and not at the center are only knocked up, not stunned.

W http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/16/icons_15791_btn.jpg Tundra Force: With tremendous force Vrol sweeps his hammer before him smacking all enemies in its path and summons a wave of ice spikes that extends beyond that of the swing. Damaging, knocking back, and slowing enemies.

Cooldown: 17/15/13/11/9s Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+60% AD) Knock Back and Slow: 300 unit knock back. Slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 1s after they land. Range/Radius: 400 range cone before him. 200 of that cone is the swing of his hammer. The other 200 are the ice spikes.

Note: The visual for this ability is as follows. Upon activation the cone shall appear upon the screen as a skillshot locked to the champion that moves where the mouse is pointing. Upon choosing a direction and activating Vrol roars verociously and sweeps his hammer in that direction with such force as to knock enemies back. As he swings the frost that eminates from his also emenates from his hammer and creates ice spikes after the swing for extra range.

Note 2: Enemies hit by the hammer blow are knocked back. Enemies hit by the ice are slowed. If only hit by the ice then they are slowed and not knocked back. If only hit by the hammer blow then they are only knocked back not slowed.

E http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/14/icons_13223_btn.jpg Kulvrosi Slam: Vrol dashes a short distance and grabs an enemy before flipping and slamming them upon the ground with tremendous force. Minions take 50% more damage. Afterwards enemies are stunned for a short time.

Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5s Damage: 30/50/70/90/110 (+70% AD) Minions take 50% more damage Stun duration: 0.5s Range/Radius: 400 unit dash. After grabbing the enemy he slams them directly behind him.

Note: The visual for this ability is something like this. He pushes off the ground with force leaving behind a trail of ice and cold. The first enemy hit he grabs by the throat and smashes into the ground behind him.

R http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/7/icons_6748_btn.jpg Frozen Conqueror: The Ice Spirit dwelling inside him becomes emboldened and powered. Encasing Vrol in an icey form and granting an AoE slow around him. He gains increased armor and magic resist as well as bonus damage in the form of true damage to his strikes and a shield. Upon activation the first spell that hits him is deflected. He is immune to displacements and stuns while in this form. All forms of slows are reduced by 20/40/60%.

Cost: 100 Rage/Fury Cooldown: 120/110/100s True Damage: 10/20/30% AD converted into bonus true damage. Armor and Magic resist increase: 20/50/80 Shield: 50% of his Armor and Magic Resist as a shield. Area of effect slow: 400 units around him enemies within this radius are slowed for 30/40/50%. Lowered Movement Speed: 15/20/25% speed reduction while in this form. Duration: 5/7/10s

Note: The visual for this ability is like this. As he activates it he hunches over and roars. Coming up and extending his arms and roaring into the air. The ice forms around him as he comes out of the hunch. Enveloping his weapon and himself. The area around him looks much like Anivia's ult but with a smaller radius and no damage.

Note 2: This ultimate has a lot in it and may come off to some as OP. If this is OP then just let me know how and where. The main purpose of this ability is to give him insane armor as well as extra damage for its duration. Making him a walking glacier of death pretty much. Him slowing down and having the slow effect around him was something added to make it easier for him to acquire targets as well as to compensate where he gets bonuses because it slows him down as well. However, let me know if these work or not! I appreciate the feedback!

Playing as Vrol: Vrol is a pure AD tank beast. However, he is extremely slow and sluggish. His attacks can be countered with quick responses and range. He is best played Top lane or Bot lane as a damage mitigation champion. Focus upon defense and suppressing the enemy. In team fights his knock ups and stuns help to secure the win for his team. Be wary of one on one fights with him.

Combos: Q->W->E. His Q Allows for a smash and stun followed by the knock back. His E helps to dash to the target enemy and keep them within range. Allowing for him to smack them around some more. However, his E has a limited range so depending on where and how they get knocked back this could be countered by other champions being in the way or minions. As well as them being out of E's range.

W->E->Q. W to knock back particularly tough and annoying enemies. Dashing to them and smashing them with Q can annoy and also damage the enemy. Keeping the pressure on them.

Quotes: Upon Selection: "The Kulvrosi fight again!"

Attacking: "Come! Feel my hammer!" "Heh, they just....pop." "Come at me!" "Be crushed!" "Slammed!" "More. More! MORE!"

Moving: "So much running..." "Into the battle!" "Once again into the fray!" "Heading that way." "Slowly now....the glacier moves."

Interactions+Jokes+Taunts: "Lass, is that the one who stole your loli?" With Ashe in Lane and Sejuani or Lissandra on the other team in lane he points in their direction. Ashe sighs, but then laughs. Sejuani and Lissandra get angry for being called children pretty much. Loli is the short version of lolipop. Just for clarification, and also a stab at the "Loli" being the Freljord. "Lass, your fight is for a good cause. I will always follow you into battle," To Ashe in lane. "Let us hope we don't always have to fight," Ashe back to him. "You consider yourself a warrior? Ha, a fledgling. A child. Nothing more than a whining whelp." To Sejuani. "Ice witch they call you. I just call you a...." he is then interrupted by Ashe before he says it, "Vrol!" She then tries to stiffle a laugh. He replies, "Well it's true lass." Btw, he was going to say bitch. I'm not sure if you can say that in LoL so I left it out of the interaction and made it a bit of a joke that Ashe helps with by interrupting XD Though, it doesn't have to be Ashe, but mainly it is. It is anyone in lane with Vrol and Lissandra. He grunts "I didn't.....do anything with anyone while I was frozen did I? Was I taken advantage of?" Vrol says in lane with Olaf, "What are you talking about old man?" Vrol laughs, "Old man? Well, you look like you could be mine is all. Hmph, then I would be your old man! Haha!" "Never seen such a creature like you Lass. Though, there was that dragon..." Vrol to Anivia, "I am HARDLY as brutish as a dragon!" She replies, "Brutish? No, no. Hardly. The one here? Yes. Must've not been raised right." Dragons where he is from are kind, gentle, intelligent, and helpful. Creatures of beauty. It is a jab at the dragons in Valoran (Mainly the one in the rift) because it is so brutish and so "must not have been raised right". "Damn, ain't you a biggun lad. After this you want to tussle? It's been a while since I've wrestled a bear." To Volibear as he cracks his knuckles and back. Volibear whimpers at this or growls. It is random. He has fought Volibear before in Ashe's camp, and has bested him a few times so Volibear knows his strength. Volibear has also won a few times.

There are a multitude of others I can think of, but I don't want it to go on too long for interactions.

Upon dying: Upon death he holds onto his hammer and stands there as ice encases him. Then disappears. Appearing at the base and cracking open.

Upon recalling: He lifts his hammer over his shoulders and stretches as an ice storm is created and he is whisked away.

Laugh: His laugh is much like that of a dwarves like if you're heard Gimli laugh in Lord of the rings. he throws his head back and laughs with his hammer over his shoulder.

Dance: I have two dances. One just for the hilarity of it, and the other one is the serious one.

Joke dance: He places his hammer on the ground (the handle part up in the air) and places both hands on top of it. He then grinds down low and back up, prancing around it before bumping it with his butt back over his shoulder where he grabs it and tenderly kisses it.

Real dance: He places his hammer in both hands held out before him then starts to shuffle. Moving in place while bringing the hammer back and forth in front of him. Another alternative one is him dancing the Six Flags dance with his hammer in his hands.

There you have Vrol, the Frozen Conqueror! Let me know what you think of him! This took me a while to do and I went over several details. However he could still be improved just like any champion! Please leave feedback if you wish and be constructive and not hateful. I like to converse. Please don't leave hate. If you only have hate then go somewhere else. I don't mind if people don't like my champion. I'd like to know why in a polite way and converse about things if I reply. However, if it is just hate then take it elsewhere.

Please vote up +/- depending on what you think and let me know below in feedback and comments! Thank you!

Seems really cool. I like the design a lot. I think the ultimate reducing all cc is a little too much like Olaf's ultimate though. Maybe try reducing all disabling effects by a large amount like 80-90%? Your call really. Also, something about him being a tank and having fury really irks me. Looking at all the other fury champs, they're more bruiser-y than tank-y. I know that the fury applies in his passive and gives him extra damage, but a tank isn't really there to be damaging people. He's there to be soaking damage. Fury (at least on the other champs) is something used to allow someone to get stronger the longer they're fighting. Tanks don't really want to be stronger the longer they're there. They want to have all of their potential in the beginning of the fight to allow their team mates to do said damage later on in the fight. Though, again, it's your champion so you make the final call. I'm just giving some input. ^.^

Thanks for the feedback! If you like him and want to upvote him that'd be cool so he might get more attention ^_^ Though you don't have to.

I see what you mean. This guy was made to be a tanky bruiser. Power and defense, but slow and cumbersome.

I might just do that with the ultimate. Have reduced effects so as to not be so close to Olaf's ultimate, but I do like the whole "Lumbering glacier that's hard to stop, but is slow" kinda thing.

The reason I use rage/fury is because of his lore and how he uses his rage to fuel himself to continue fighting.

That's part of his uniqueness is I wanted to see how people might react to him and all. I could also make his resource "rage" instead of Fury, which is why I put down Rage/Fury. Fury I know is used by Tryndamere and Shyvana and I think Rek'sai and Renekton. Not sure who else, and I see a lot of people playing Tryndamere as a tanky hitter. That's kinda how I see my guy, but more on the tanky side.

I do appreciate your feedback though and will look into things ^_^ Thank you!

I think we already have too much avarosans Anivia Braum Gragas Nunu Tryndamere , Lissandra already have too much ennemies too , and 1 ally , We need a Frostguard

Yeah, but this guy turned his back away from power and he also isn't evil. So going with Lissandra or Sejuani is kinda...mute.

He could always be a free agent?

Just let me know at least if you like the kit and how it could change lore wise ^_^ Thanks!

These are nice but its really not worth the time creating champions since its 100% sure that Riot will never make one of those because they already have their own

Why do you still play league since you know it's a 99.99% chance that you won't become a pro-player? Same reason people make champion concepts. Because it's fun. Also, although it's a 0.01% chance, the chance is still there. Sorry if the post sounded a bit rude/harsh.

Even if champions aren't made (Which by the way Riot has stated that they've gotten several ideas from champion concepts), and even some skin concepts were brought before the team unless Riot was lying, it is still fun to create champions just to hear from the community and get people behind ideas and champion concepts and skins.

That's why there is a board for champion concepts and skins. To share and have fun with creating things in a game people love.

I appreciate that you like my champion though.

I think his E is a little too ridiculous, like a vi ult that's not an ult. Maybe just make it an on-hit effect, i.e. take out the dash? That way it's just his next basic attack is like a seismic toss or something.

Similar vein, W is a lot like Braum ult, needs a tweak I think. Maybe just remove the knockup?

The double passive trait is cool way to go, but damage reduction ON TOP of increased magic resist and armor might be a little much.

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I can see similarities, but I don't think they are that close to Vi and Braum's ults.

Vi has a knock up and if I remember correctly a much bigger range and much more damage. I did think of making it an on hit thing, or a close range target ability, but I wanted "some" mobility on him. Most tanks and bruisers have a mobility skill. Rammus has his roll, Malphite has his ultimate (And he as a medium ranged slow to help close distances), Tryndamere has has spin, etc. That's why I made it so short range and made it the first enemy he hits.

Braum has a much bigger range and damage and is a fissure like thing.

Perhaps it is a bit much, but that is why I made it a cap so it couldn't get too ridiculous. Also, once he ults all that mitigation goes away until he gets Fury/Rage again.

I would like to see him in practice. I really wish there was a League of Legends champion creator which allowed you to create champions in the game with a bunch of effects and animations to see how it would work in the long run.

I did want this guy to be a tanky bruiser that was slow.

I do appreciate all the feedback and glad people are reading over my champion ^_^ Thank you!

Foodtank1 votes

Ah Ok I misunderstood how the E worked, I do think that works.

As a whole kit, I think giving him access to so much CC while also giving him immunity to incoming CC makes him little too powerful. Maybe take that part out to give him some counter play.

Another thought that I'm not 100% about. Seems like giving EVERY ability of his cc while also having them scale off AD turns him into a potentially unfightable duelist. Like a Jax with extra cc. I could be wrong about that, though. I'd have to see it in practice

Last thing. While I understand WHY you made him such short range (oodles of cc and tankiness) I think he does need something that gives him a little ranged poke. Otherwise he'd be far too easily countered. Think about braum's Q, Tahm Kench's Q, and Mundo Cleaver. When I think about champs who are very short range, I think of Fiora and Jax, who are not cc tanks, they are dive engage fighters, and I'm not sure a kit like Vrol's would work with such short range.

Overall, though, I think it's a cool and complete champ concept

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Thank you! I will definitely look into some changes. Possibly extending his W's range or adding ice spikes going straight forward from his Q. Let me know what you think. Also I hear all the CC might need to be nerfed, any ideas on how? His kit is based around keep enemies near him with slows and stun because of how slow he himself is and how he has to do with ice, but I appreciate some though!

As always if you appreciate the champion please upvote for more attention only if you want to! ^_^

As always I appreciate the feedback! ^_^

Foodtank1 votes

Finding a comfortable medium with CC is tough. One possibility would be to make some of the CC depend on having enough rage/fury. Kinda ripping off Renekton, but that would make him more of a bruiser who gets warmed up as he fights and eventually gets angry enough to lay down good cc. You could also tweak it to make it similar to rumble's overheating, i.e. abilities grant large amounts of fury/rage/whatever and reaching a certain threshold grants cc on all forms of damage or something. At the end of the day, it could also just need a numbers tweak XD

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I mean, personally I would like to keep the CC because of how the skills are. Imagine being hit by a hammer directly. You'd be stunned alright, and with the tremendous for at the edge chances are you'd be knocked up or back.

If you're hit with tremendous force from a hammer swing you're not just gonna stand there. You're going to go flying back and be dazed (I.e. slowed) and since it's ice spikes that hit you you're going to be cold and not move so well.

If you're grabbed by the neck and slammed with tremendous force which knocks the breath outta you you're going to not move for a while.

So it's hard taking the CC away from these abilities. Out of all the abilities I'd love to keep the Q and E the same. I could change the W around a bit, but how I don't know.

Working with a champion like this on CC is definitely hard. I could always tweak some numbers around as well. I've been contemplating HOW to do it, but not entirely sure. Especially with the E since that was meant to show he uses ALL his strength (hence the 100% AD scaling). I could reduce the base damage, but not entirely sure how to handle the numbers. If only I could use it in practice.

Epic idea!

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Thank you! I am glad you like him. If you want to upvote for more attention that'd be awesome, but you don't have to! ^_^

What's your favorite thing about him?

LichKing2341 votes

Hes really cool he kind of seems op but he does revole around slowing his enemy while he wails on them with his hammer of pain. if anything he needs his disables nerfed alittle bit since hes a tank but with high dmg hes like Renekton since he can build 1 dmg item and then go full tank and still rekt he is a fun champ though he gets countered by anyone who can duel him and sub stain themselves like probley Aatrox Jax Fiora but he is a good tanky champ and if he gets on you or has even the smallest lead he will make you his well bitch

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Pretty much. I appreciate the feedback! If you do enjoy him and want to upvote him that'd be much appreciated ^_^

As for the CC nerfs....how much of a nerf exactly? I don't think I made the CC's too strong, or would like to think not.

High sustain and high DPS champions are one of his banes, yes. If allowed to get the upper hand though you will feel his pain. Fiora is definitely a good counter to him with her high dps and sustain. Even though he is a strong tank her quick attacks and ripostes can eat through him. Not too sure about jax, but only because I haven't seen much of his abilities. Aatrox is someone who can definitely counter him with his sustain and ultimate.

Ranged champions are definitely his bane as well. Especially Varus and Caitlyn.

LichKing2341 votes

Jax E is counter when he uses he blocks all auto attacks then at the end he stuns them dealing almost double dmg (if he was auto while counter was up) his passive gives him more attack speed the more he hits something (stacks up to 6 times) and his ult makes every auto on its 3rd attack deal bonus magic dmg and when he uses his ult he gains armor based on his ad and mr based on his ap and he attacks faster so he will be able to duel vrol pretty easly well atleast when he his 6 vrol may have the upper hand pre 6

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I think it might be close between them due to Vrol's defenses. Damage wise he probably has Vrol, but with defenses he might be able to last against Jax.

I really wish there was a game/test engine to create champions and test them against other people and stuff. That'd be neat.

LichKing2341 votes

mabye if Vrol gets ahead then he will out scale jax if jax gets ahead then vrol is dead plus i looked at his E and that can get broken but before i say can it apply on hit effects like lifesteal and crit if so if he gets a crit item like IE plus with some ad items this can probley 1 shot a carry if it crits plus the stun you can follow up with your other abilties making why build tank and not brusier where he can 1 shot a carry

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I would like to say that Vrol's E can crit, but not gain lifesteal benefits because it IS a physical slam and he has hold of them.

I don't think it could one shot a carry though. Maybe if they were extremely low on health. With mainly armor and magic resist items his AD shouldn't get more than 300. So that would be 410*2 for 820. I don't think that could one shot a carry on a crit. Maybe a very soft mage, but mages tend to not be in range.

Now, if people went pure AD with Vrol then Vrol would be squishier than intended. It would definitely be interesting though. I would love something to test all this T_T

LichKing2341 votes

well since it can crit get Ie for 250% but with full ad and with the 100% ad scaling that should 1 shot a carry depending if he was able to get close enough to slam them and your thinking of spell vamp since its physical it would be lifesteal but i guess adding life steal to it can make it op but it depends i guess

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Well, I wouldn't necessarily say it would one shot a carry. Even at let's say 400 AD that'd be 510*2.5 which would be 1275 it would hurt yes, but there is no champion at lvl 18 (Which would have him at full build) with that low of health. Especially since most carries I see have "some" health items which also increase attack so their HP would be over 2000 at least. Even without health items at lvl 18 they would still survive.

Also it is all about what items and if he has the gold for any of it. Since he is full AD he would be super squishy and due to his slowness most ADC's (Which tend to be ranged or high DPS) would either stay too far away for him to get to them with E or be able to DPS out of the damage caused, or position well enough to avoid the E since the E DOES hit the first enemy. The E would be useful with only the ADC and Vrol together with no minions and the ADC within 400 units which Lucian's dash if I remember correctly is clocked at 450 units.

Against a Yi the moment they see him dash they just Q to avoid it. A Varus can just outrange. Katarina's (If they are high up their) can combo Vrol to death. Fiora can't riposte it then DPS him. Aatrox can dive out of it (Plus he has his revive).

So there would be counters to avoid it, and so while a full AD Vrol would hurt there are counters and I have seen several champions with 100% scaling and much high base damage.

Also, he can crit, but things such as lifesteal/spellvamp/etc that heal him would not activate. The only on hit effect would be a crit, and I could also make it where it is only a regular crit and gains no bonuses from items that enhance critical hit damage.

LichKing2341 votes

ah ok you have this all planned out i see >w> plus there is no such thing as a normal crit once you get IE or lord vandoms pillager. but i do see what you mean so it mostly comes down to postioning plus with all his disables (as it does come with a stun) t will allow for follow up if he is able to E you stun then use his other abilties and its like oh your dead now we win since all his skills have huge ad ratios (not saying thats a bad thing) but i dont see anyone building full tank hes more a frontline brusier since all he needs is item 3074 , item 3071 ,item 3031 and tank items and he can win his lane

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I see your point on how people would build bruiser.

The thing I mean about normal crit is that his E won't gain benefits from crit damage boosts. If that makes sense.

I did plan out his abilities to be more of a combo. For example. Q>W combo into a possible E after the W.

Positioning is vital when fighting this guy, yes. The reason I did have such high AD ratios is because he should build tank and would gain better benefits from his AD, but I can see about lowering a few of the AD ratios.

LichKing2341 votes

This back and forth me and you have is fun but if anything lower the ad ratio on his E cause it will deal so much dmg if you are able to get it off or it will be an execute witch isnt bad but from where im looking from he has so much disables for a bruiser the slows are fine but he has stuns, knock backs, knock ups but since hes combo based you have to set it up but do to his high ad rations he is near a unstoppable monster if he gets ahead as he will just snowball you if your jungler comes he will ult and kill you both

i anthor ad ratio i would lower is his W since its a knock back and a slow and lower it to about 50%-60% is a reasonable ratio as his combos are easy and since most top lners are melee he will combo them out of lane

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I do enjoy talking things out with people. I do hope it hasn't bothered you.

Anyways, I can definitely see about lowering it for his E to about 70%. The base damage is so low that it wouldn't be too hard hitting that way even on a crit.

Also, it's been a while since I looked at his W's damage. That ratio is insane for what it does. Idk what I was thinking.

As always thanks for the feedback!

LichKing2341 votes

yeah its like hey im going to give you the hammer bitch smack that not only slows you but knocks you back and does a shit ton of dmg

his Q is balanced for what it does its ok

his ult now that im looking at it is very powerful in the right team comps and it gives him alot of 1 v 1 power as when its active at max rank gives 80 armor and mr witch is great and in team fights as soon as it starts ult then everyone on the enemy team is slowed he has a very powerful team fight power as he gets so many stats plus true dmg on his spikes thats basicly op as fuck plus it helps with kiting from the enemy adc as it slows but the momentspeed reduction is good but just get item 3172 , item 2138 and your good as it will reduce the movementspeed slow you get somewhat but as for just saw stats his ult if probley the best if hes put into the game as you get so many free stats and a shield and true dmg if hes ahead hes going to 1 v 5 the enemy team and walk out like thanks for the freaken penta.

also from what im looking at he's not really punishable if he messes up since he has alot of good stats, ratios and a great ult

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I don't quite agree with him being unpunishable. The reason I say that is if anyone is going to be building AD on this guy he will be losing a lot of defensive power.

While his ult makes him extremely tanky if people go full AD or anything but Armor and Magic resist his bonus armor and magic resist won't be much help because it'd be pretty low-medium armor (What most normal non tanks would have) since he'd have about 160 in magic resist and armor if full AD. Least my rough calculations.

It is true that he can get some help with the slow the ult does it also means that so can the ADC's and other champions on the other team against his slows. Also, the radius of the slow is extremely low-mid range making most ranged ADC's far out of his reach.

Going full AD for the true damage with let's say 400 AD would give 120 true damage. Not that much considering a Yi can do more than that and in a much faster DPS.

He also has to get NEAR the enemy to attack them, and upon activation any Rage he had is gone. So that means RIP the attack speed bonus. He is already a slow attacker. Not even attacking fully in a second at lvl 18 no items at 0.9 attack speed rating. So that means he "Might" get off 3 attacks at rank 1 of his ultimate. Maybe 4-5 at rank 2, and possibly 7 at rank 10 since he has to be in range and he attacks so slowly.

His duration of his ultimate is also very low. 5/7/10s. Which means while he gains a lot it isn't for a very long duration. Most people can be outside the AoE of the slow and just wait till the duration ends since he has piss poor range and is really slow.

I definitely see where you're coming from though. I purposefully made his ult a team fight tide turner. However, even if it is powerful without the right defenses or right setup he's not getting near anyone.

His ultimate is one of those that you'd want to activate in the middle of the team fight while he is in the center of it to control the team. Which means allowing the other team to get close (Which can be deadly if your team isn't ready and their teams DPS kills you). Building full AD for the true damage and other damage would make you even easier to kill in ultimate form while higher defenses would make it harder.

It's definitely a choice by the player to build AD or tanky. There are benefits to both. The ultimate relies a lot of positioning and defense while his abilities rely on power and positioning.

I really wish I could test him. T_T But as always I'm thinking of ways to better him. I'm glad you think that the Q is better balanced now.

LichKing2341 votes

The Q really wasnt op it was his W and E cause they had huge ad ratios for what they had in them the Q was ok

his R it only gives him a movement speed slow not a attack speed slow. but maybe get a item 3153 so you can hit faster and do some more dps and yeah yi outscales everyone in terms of dps do to his ult and regular true dmg vanye has better true dmg as its a max health true dmg

plus now that im looking at it he does have some fairly long cooldowns with is good for his type of play style plus the main wait i see him being built is a bruiser type champ if hes built full ad hes a glass cannon if built full tank he will just be a wall the enemy team will have a hard time breaking him down

the best way i see to play him is bruiser with some ad and some tank as he does get more tank with his ult but yeah durning his laning phase hes not really punishable unless by some champ that can get fed really easy and just keep him from farming and yeah a ranged champ is his bane but hes like riven who is also a combo based champ

plus he has alot of CC in his kit so he should be good in a 1 v 1 or a 2 v 1 sistuation

LichKing2341 votes

3 years have passed. how you doing brother

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Current Edits Removed his immunity from CC in his ultimate since people were saying it was like Olaf's, and since he is viking like too....I didn't want people thinking I was ripping Olaf off. Added reduced effectiveness on CC while in ultimate form. Made the slow duration scale on his W.

Upcoming updates based on responses Possible range attack on Q and or W. Possible removal or reduction of CC on his Q. Possible slow removal on his W.

LichKing2341 votes

the CC on his Q is ok its not bad its balanced when looking at the rest of his kit

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Yeah, is Q and E were the main CC's I wanted. The only thing about the W was the knockback. That was a sort of a must for me. The whole slow though was kinda like a "Daze" like effect after being hit by a giant hammer.

Is there even a daze effect in league? Anyways, this is my first edit post. I do have another edit post somewhere around here.

Anyways, much appreciate all the feedback.

Karll Hungus1 votes

I think this just might be the most promising champ I've ever seen on here I do have a question and a few suggestion for his passives is it your debating between which one to choose or does he have both because the total damage resistance between the 2 is way to much I think you should just take way the spirit of ice but obviously keep how he gains fury/rage. I also think you should reduce his movement speed gain down to 15% maybe a little less and same with his damage reduction down to 15% maybe less I like where his attack speed is at with the 20%. Another suggestion I have is for his we make it so with the range where 200 is the hammer and 200 are the spikes make it so if he hits you with the hammer you get knocked back but if he hits you with the spike you get slowed and I also think you should reduce the range of his e a little bit because it seems a little to easy for him to slow you and jump in you and j just ruin your life lol so I think reducing the range of his e by 50-75 will make the player think a bit more whether it not tey can take some damage running in to land that e or not. I hve a couple of other suggestions that are just a visual thing really I would say his look is a little to close to that of tryn and Olaf but then I also thought a cool idea would be to make him look a little more like Olaf and have him as some form of family member that Olaf believed to be dead or something like that and the last thing which is really meaningless would be to up his weight between 350-400 to match his height and really make him seem like a punishing monster of a man but thanks for the great read on hopefully a future champ just had another thought now I didn't fully read the lore so you ligh have this in there but I think his whole rage/fury with his passive could be the idea that he's become so used to the cold that it's apart of him and the reason hy he's gaining fury/rage is because while in battle his blood gets sort of boiling which makes him go crazy because he's not used to warmth and that's why his ult surrounds him with the ice because he needs to cool off

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

The passive is definitely meant to be together. Not choosing between them. His Kulvrosi blood boils while in battle so the longer he fights, the stronger he gets. The more "Frenzied" he becomes.

The ice spirit which saved him and gave him a second chance grants him bonuses as well which is why all his abilities have ice on them as well as how his ultimate is.

I am definitely working on trying to balance him. I appreciate the feedback!

ModThe Djinn1 votes

Some really cool stuff here: you nailed the flavor dead on, and I quite enjoyed reading through this champion. Also some potentially serious issues though.

I'm a bit worried about the strength of that passive, and the sheer number of hard-to-appreciate parts of that Ultimate though: we're treading very close to stat-ball territory with those two, and I wonder if there isn't a better way to convey the feel you're trying to accomplish.

My biggest concern, however, is the sheer amount of CC on this kit. All three basic abilities have hard CC (two of which have AoE hard CC), and his ultimate has AoE soft CC. It also combos especially well into E -> Q -> W, which will CC-chain a person under your tower if you can do it right, or pretty much assure a successful gank.

I think this is overboard for a Bruiser (and possibly even for a tank, honestly), especially one with cooldowns that become this low and scaling that's so powerful. Bonus attack speed, bonus durability, true damage conversion, 260% base AD to damage on abilities...I think we're looking at just too much going on here. You'll pick up some strong AD items and close to 40% cooldown, and there will be next to nothing in the game that can fight your steroids, innate defenses, moderately high damage, low-cooldown CC, and 3 second cooldown (with CDR) dash + flip + stun.

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I could reduce the duration of the CC, but imo I'd like to keep the CC because he has almost nothing to counter faster champions let alone ranged champions. He is a very slow, low ranged tank bruiser. His only range/mobility is his E (Which is all positional since it grabs the first enemy hit). This means any champion with higher mobility or ranged can easily pick him off. Sure, in close ranged duels he hurts, but get high mobility in there and he can't do much. Reduce his CC or take it away then he really has no chance of countering anyone.

His AoE CC is such a small range as well that it is easy to dodge. I am working on balancing it out a bit, and have thought about reducing the duration of the W slow, or making it where only if the champion is hit by the Ice part of the attack they are slowed.

I'm definitely working on a way to still portray the feel I'm going for while balancing it and everything.

His mobility is extremely high though, given his passive movement speed buff and his 3-5 second cooldown dash at max ranks.

If you do want all that CC on his kit (which may be okay given the low durations), I'd recommend upping the cooldowns and keeping the cooldown durations moderate (0.5 seconds to maybe 1.25 seconds at the higher and lower ends). That'll create more highs and lows in his gameplay -- a bit of cooldown reduction currently allows his abilities to be INCREDIBLY frequently used, and is the largest impediment to making their use feel really impactful as a result: the more an ability can be used, the less of a massive impact it can be allowed to have, and this guy's concept seems to be about making a big splash,

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

I did update and edit a few things so I'm not sure if you went over the current edits.

I posted in the comments what I changed.

As for the passive, he does gain movement speed bonus and attack speed bonus, but only if he stays in the fray of fighting and working up his rage. I did make his passive decay over time now instead of it being permanent. Meaning if he wants to keep those bonuses he has to keep fighting (Rage building) and such. Otherwise it will just decay, and decay even faster the longer he is out of battle.

I reduced the CC's and changed them around a bit. His E's damage scaling was reduced. The CC of his Q was changed around some (Reduced) the W's slow duration was reduced, and the Q got a poke in a way (Requested by one of the commentors).

Hopefully this helps balance things. See, his kit was focused when making it to make him a tank that allowed him to keep the enemy near him. Therefore allowing his allies to have a good grasp of where the enemy will be due to his control. The low CD of his E was meant to portray this. Get them inside his area of attack, hammer away, and keep control.

But yes. I did update a few things and edit some stuff. Hopefully people like it a lot more as I'm tweaking small things here and there.

TendajiX1 votes

I'd say he is too tank for his damage or vise versa. I see he is a fighter but he has the cc of a tank so I would give him one cc and keep him the same and that would make him much more balanced. his ultimate is way too similar to olaf's. actually even reducing the cc his scalings are really high. I would love to play him as is but I would cry if I fought him as is

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

It'd be hard taking away all the CC because of the abilities and how they hit. I mean, imagine getting slammed dead center with that hammer. You're not moving any time soon nor would those around it be on able footing from the tremendous force. Same with the W and E.

I would say it is that close to Olaf's. It definitely has some similar elements. I wanted his ultimate to reflect the ice spirit inside him as a sort of glacier. Glaciers aren't easily stopped (Hence the immunity to CC which I changed to just reduced effects). He is slower in this form, gains an AoE slowing effect for those near him, and some true damage along with a shield. If he is even able to get close to enemies. Ranged champions can just pick away at him.

I didn't want hims so easily locked down in his ultimate form, but people thought it was too much like Olaf's. I mean, anything that makes people immune to CC would be like Olaf's. It's like you can't copy any elements from a champion without ripping them off XD

I am definitely trying to portray more of a tank with good damage but is extremely slow. See, the reason I gave him such high damage is because he is so slow. Enemies close to him should be able to out DPS him or he will hurt them. Otherwise people should stick to ranged. That's why I made the champion the way he is.

A tank that hits like one, but is slow as all hell and can be picked off if not careful because of his slowness. Anyways, as I said I am tweaking things around on the document I made him up on. Just trying to get things right without breaking my champion.

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

EDITS Reduced the damage scaling of his W and E. Reduced the duration of the W's slow to 1s flat from scaling from 1-3s. Added a poke with his Q that he can activate within 1s of initial cast. Updated ultimate so he is immune to displacements and stuns, but can still be slowed at a less effective rate. Changed the Q's stun to a scaling stun that gradually increases to 1s. Decreased Q's knock up.

To be determined edits Tweaking all base numbers. Possible complete kit rework.

Let me know what you think. Thanks!

SSmotzer1 votes

Isn't this just Olaf, with Jayce's powerslam? Everything this guys is, is bits and pieces of other champs, shoved into Olaf.

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

Not really. I see nothing of Jayce in this champion besides the fact they have hammers. I mean they both also have slows but Jayce's kit is focused on ranged (From people I see play him) rather than his melee counter part. His abilities are also a lot of targeted abilities (Least for his hammer) while my champion it is a bunch of skill shots.

Also, when it comes to CC a lot of champions will have slows and stuns. Yes, he slams the ground with his hammer, but that is a skillshot while Jayce Leaps to a Targeted enemy. Mine is more close ranged. Jayce as a bunch of range and mobility going for him whereas my champion has low range and less mobility unless he has full rage and is using his E.

Yes, he looks like Olaf. He's a Viking like champion. There will be some similarities, but they are widely different. Olaf has many different abilities than my champion. Only thing they have in common is parts of the ultimate (which I didn't even look at when making my champion). I was making a tank like powerhouse.

Olaf has a helmet and axes. My guy has no axes and no helmet. My guy has an eye missing. Olaf doesn't. Olaf was born in the Freljord. My guy wasn't. They do have the Viking look, but that's because they are meant to look like Vikings. If another Viking champion came out I bet people will think he looks like Olaf as well.

Passive: I don't really like the idea of a "double-passive" especially with Yasuo/Kalista/etc. You only need one. BUT, this is great. :) Though, I think it could be better with just Spirit of Ice rather than Kulvrosi Blood.

Q/W/E: I'm not sure how I feel about these abilities. They're ALL damaging CC abilities. Where's the variety? :'( I like his Q the best though, it's definitely a keeper!

R: I'm not sure if this could be OP or not with the right numbers. It definitely sounds OP, but maybe it isn't. I'm not good at determining that. Either way, it really does make him such a conquere.

That lore is too long!!! :'( Shorten it? :D

I really like this. Even though it probably will never get made into a real champion (unless you're REALLY lucky), i can see it in League of Legends.

Now I want to ask you something that you might be interested in, and it has to do with champion designing, since I like your style. Though, I don't want to ask it to you here where everyone can see it lol, so if it wouldn't be a problem, would you mind e-mailing me at [email protected]? :D

Nikushimi Zero1 votes

There is a short version of the lore right before the lore since I knew the lore was long. It is the highlighted paragraph right at the beginning.

Spirit of Ice by itself is much like Shyvana's passive which is why I made it a two in one. Technically it is one passive. I just couldn't find the icon to make it one together nor think of one name and hence he "technically" has two passives. Though I'm glad you like the champion concept.

The variety is in how they are executed and when. He relies heavily on combos which help to keep enemy champions close if pulled off correctly. He is meant to be a challenge to play due to his low range (though guess that changed a bit with my edit to the Q) and slow movement when he doesn't have fury and is in his ultimate form, but makes up with extremely high defense and good attack power. His CC is there to help control and contain much like what a tank should be.

As for the whole email thing. I just don't make a habit of emailing random people that I don't know. Also, if it's questions about champion design and you just have a few questions this IS my thread so go ahead and ask away. I'm sure it's nothing that only I could answer and there might be even more insight for you. However if you don't want to that's fine. I just don't make a habit of emailing people I don't know.

But, thank you for the feedback and I'm glad you like the concept! Vote up if you enjoyed him so he might get more attention! Thank you!

Oops! I completely missed the shortened lore. And of course I up voted it. :)

About the question, it's kind of "important" I guess you could aay. Saying all of that, it seems like you're answer would more likely be "no" so I'm not sure of its worth asking. You're already talking with people you don't know lol I don't see what the difference is with e-mail, but that's fine. I actually made a thread about this "question", but it got like one down vote and got completely buried in the boards. The link I have of it is broken too for some reason, so I guess I'll just have to tell you how to find it. Go to the Miscellaneous boards and look up "Project Aria" and it should be the first thing to come up. If you'd like, please respond to the thread even if your answer is no.

Yes I am, but it is on the boards where every can answer and see and not much can be done but chatting.

Email is mainly just a security thing for me. I barely even talk to friends via email. I'm not trying to be rude or anything. D: I wouldn't mind answering questions. I just don't see why it can't be posted where everyone can see especially if it is in a thread.

But anyways I'll search and check it out if I am able and have any good feedback. Once again thanks for the feedback.
