Constable Trundle needs a new VO

I feel like he should sound English not American given that he's a Constable.

I realize the skin is intended to only cost 750 RP but I personally would prefer a 975 or 1350 RP skin with a cool VO that actually goes with the skin than Trundle just wearing a uniform and sounding American.
