So Irelia's classic skin has hair that looks like a blue octopus is sitting on her head. Can we send her to the hairdresser?

Her hair is not even the same color as the splash art. 
Agreed she needs a TU but not right now. Other champions are in Rito's priority such as Sion and Vayne
