Fiddlesticks support too oppressive

I don't know about you guys but I feel like something needs to be done about support Fiddle. His silence does so much damage with it's bounces that you either have to take it or stay away from your creep waves. Entirely. Now this isn't a problem with middle fiddle because mid champs tend to be bursty so if you can get near him and kill him you're fine but in a duo lane you're worried about csing, and the other ADC in addition to the fiddlesticks fearing you every time you come near him, silencing and hacking your HP constantly and healing any damage you do to him with your drain. Now I don't see that many support fiddles but enough for me to have a problem with it. It's like top/mid Soraka pre nerf but the other way around.

Having played a little supportlesticks, some things that really annoy me when the opposing lane does it:

They harass me instead of the adc.

When I'm low, I'll go try to drain a minion. The second I start draining, they come to trade. Either I have to stop draining to trade with them (and stay low hp, not to mention I just wasted mana on drain), or I take harass and don't actually gain back any hp.
Additionally, if they're able to go all in on me while I'm draining, now I don't have drain to use on them.

They stand near their minions when the minions are low hp. My e prioritizes low hp minions; if I use my e on them while they're near their low hp minions, I end up stealing cs and messing up my adc's farm.

Here's an idea: Ashe Support to counter Fiddlesticks Support

Silence me? I'll just AA you to death. Try to Drain/Channel Ult? ECA to the face. Hiding in a brush to ult? Hawkshot mean you'll never have to facecheck into a crowstorm again.

Or you can do something normal, like Morgana, but what fun is that?

Support Fiddle sucks now since they changed fear, sure it was retardedly op in season 3 but now he's useless botlane

Nah, he's too squish. He has strengths but with the 2.25 s fear that does nothing but fear...it's not much.

Morg can land a 3s snare from a lot more safety.

Just wondered what peoples ideas would be if you could use a jungler who's ulti was simpkly to reveal for a short duration ALL jungle camps? What would his other abilites look like? Ap? Ad? Tank? What would his lore be and his looks and such? Just had the idea of the ulti and i wanna see what others can make of it!{{summoner:2}} summoner 11

He is a lane bully, accept it. Farm until you have some items to burst him down. Though his silence may do tons of damage it also pushes his waves hard so it gives you a better chance to cs at a safe spot. You have to be able to burst him down or have a second person near you who can stun or knock him. If you try to solo him with low damage you will lose, his kit is made to make low damage useless against him. Silence deals huge damage and halves all retaliation by negating skill usage. Fear deals no damage but completely negates retaliation as well as allowing him to kite. Drain deals damage and halves all retaliation once again by healing a large portion of the damage you deal to him. Also by late game his heal skill actually goes off cooldown before the previous heal finishes thus allowing him to use it infinitely if he wants. And we all know his ult creates a zone around him that basically says, if you are inside he will win. If you are outside you might be safe. The opening is to use high damage burst when he is draining. Slows and roots are great for slowing down his ultimate. Stuns and knocks are great for stopping his heal.

I'd recommend: -Jinx (stun, slow, speed) -Ezreal (teleport, long range poke) -Caitlyn (long range poke, jump, trap protection) -Tristana (knock back, huge burst, range, heal de-buff)
