Erlang SHEN

I think it would be pretty punny to have Erlang Shen as a skin for Shen

If you don't know Erlang Shen is a Chinese deity who was in Journey to the West which consist of Sun Wukong which our wukong and many more popular character are based off of.

Also Erlang Shen has a third eye call the Third Truth Seeing Eye or the Eye of Heaven which allow Erlang to see through deception which is kind of what Shen does. Shen must be able to judge and determine what must be done to maintain equilibrium so he should be good at seeing the truth, also his title is the Eye of Twilight.

An eye for an eye, this skin is perfect for Shen. I'm thinking it should be a Legendary skin new everything. Being a legendary would give it more room for creativity to adapt Erlang Shen different weapon to our Shen. He would also get some quote toward Wukong.
