(Champion Concept) Kar'Vek, The void parasite

Kar’Vek is a very passive playing mid laner, who specializes in spreading his infection through the minion waves, and shoving in wave. Later when they get their ultimate, then they can start havok, but only when they have the proper minion wave setup to do so. They will not be the best in team fights, but they aren’t supposed to, they’re supposed to put immense pressure on the lanes, and kill anything that gets in their way of doing so. The swarms spells only affect enemies who are infected, so you’ll need to spread your infection to be effective.

While I don’t really have a set idea of what the swarm will look like, imagine a parasitic monster that eats away at every tissue in your body that it can, and when there's nothing left, it emerges. I want this to be a very terrifying champion. Almost like a horror movie monster.

Passive: Insidious

Kar’Vek has an aura around it, any enemies that get inside this aura will be marked as infected, this mark will last for 20 seconds, and cannot be removed by any means. This mark will do damage over time as magic damage. Enemy champions do not take the damage. Ally minions can be infected too, but will not take damage.

Q: Airborne

Kar’Vek jumps to a marked enemy, staying inside of them. While inside an enemy, the parasite cannot use any of its abilities, but cannot be harmed while inside the host. While inside the host, the host will give off the passive aura. If the target Kar’Vek is inside of dies while they’re inside, the parasite will be left where the target died. This ability has a very short cooldown, so use this to spread your infection quickly among the enemy minion waves. Kar’Vek CAN jump to an enemy champ, but can only stay inside for 3 seconds, while they can stay indefinitely in champions and monsters.

W: Cell Growth

Kar’Vek Causes the infection in enemy units to rapidly spread and grow, doing aoe damage around every marked unit. Additionally, any unit that is caught in this aoe damage will be infected.

E: Barbed Union

Kar’Vek forces the infected cells to fuse together, creating a zone between all the infected units. Enemies inside this zone take damage from all infected units.

R: Dark Conception

Passive: Any unit that dies near Kar’Vek will leave behind a swarm, these things will fight along side of the parasite. (think a zzrot minion, but only for attacking minions) These things will attack freely, but will all focus on an enemy if Kar’Vek is inside of them with its Q ability.

Active (Kar’Vek has to be inside of an enemy champion with its Q ability): All infected minions die instantly, leaving behind a swarm. These swarms will follow Kar’Vek into the host’s body, and they begin to feast, doing 10%, plus an additional 5% for every swarm of the enemy champs maximum health as true damage. After this, Kar’Vek emerges as a fully grown creature.

When fully grown, Kar’Vek will have more health, and additional movement speed. Kar’Vek will stay like this until it is killed, where it will reset and have to get this form again. While they are fully grown, their Q will instantly do the same effect as the ultimate active with every available

This is my favorite concept I've come up with so far, i would love feedback or suggestions

what if he deals damage / sec and heals for the same amount?

R: After this, Kar’Vek emerges as a fully grown creature.

maybe only if he kills the target and for a certain period (like for the next 30 sec)

what? you just told it can stay inside a champion for 3 sec,then you say it can stay indefinitely?

which infected cells? you never mentioned them before

about the champion i think it would be sooo binary to play,and it wouldn't have any clear counterplay/interaction (i think marking a target just walking on it is unhealty and boring to play,then follow with Q + faceroll)

i like the concept,but that's how i'd make it:

passive: when an unit gets hit by kar'vek abilities or AA he gets infected for the next 7 seconds (this mark takes 1 sec for activate on a champion) infected: infected target is revealed (even if invisible) and kar'vak heals for a % of the damage inflicted to this unit

what if you replace them with some larves?

Q: kar'vek shoot a larve in a direction,hitting the first unit hit,if the unit is already infected it deals twice damage

W: a larva comes out from each infected enemy,dealing X damage and slowing them by 20%,but removing the infected debuff

larves will try to attack all others non infected enemies (targets that were infected before this ability wont get touched,once they infect a target they will leave him,going for the next),dealing the same damage and infecting them

if a unit dies 50% of the mana costis refunded (it should have an high mana cost)

E: on non infected target: kar'vek shoots an acid that deals X damage on infected target: a larva takes the control of the selected infected target mind,dealing X damage and charming him for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 sec (based on level)

R: kar'vek and all larves jump on a infected champion (almost melee range for casting it),they will stay inside the target for the next 2.5 sec,dealing (X + Y per larva) damage per 0.5 sec after 2.5 sec,kar'vek and the larves come out,dealing damage based on the missing health of the target but removing the infected debuff

if the the target dies kar'vek will emerge as full grown,gaining HP,AS,doubling its passive heal and its AAs will deal bonus damage on hit

that was just an idea,i like speculating on balance/new champions in every game,ah and sorry for my english,it's not my native lenguage [slayer-jinx-wink]
