Champion Concept: Philch, the Fighter for Humanity
Lore: In zaun, a religion floats around that worships the idea of replacing weak human parts with stronger metal counterparts, eliminating any character that individual had, and this disgusts Philch. Philch, along with a group of rebels called the "guardians of humanity" work to stop this cult and put an end to the glorious revolution as they call it
Philch is a support built go give power to his allies around him, while also dishing out utility of his own
Passive: Priority Every time Philch lands an ability on an enemy champ or epic monster, they gain a stack of Priority. If philch autos the target with the stack, he consumes it, gaining massive attack speed towards that one target for a small time. If an ally procs it, they get the same effect, but the stack is not consumed. When this happens, the same stack cannot be proced until Philch renews is with an ability. The stack goes away after not being hit with philches abilities after 10 seconds.
additionally, if viktor is in the same game, Rebel against glorious evolution is acitivated, giving philch 1 bonus gold if he kills or gets an assist on viktor, same thing in reverse
Q: Iron Breaking Fist Philch lunges forward, hitting and stunning the first enemy champ hit, dealing damage, and bouncing back half way of the distance. This adds a stack of Priority
W: Zaun approved "medicine" Philch throws a vial of a weird mysterious liquid at the target location, making a marked zone. While in this zone, allies get increased healing from all sources, while enemies get reduced healing from all sources. Enemies have a stack of priority when they walk into this zone, but instantly lose it when leaving the zone. Once its proced by anyone from the stack gained from this zone, it cannot be gained again from the same zone.
E: Lock "down" Kick Philch knocks up the target enemy champion, dealing damage and applying a stack of Priority. This ability can be recast on the same target before they land from the knockup, removing the stack (without giving movement speed), and sending the target a fixed distance away from Philch
R: Grand Body Slam Philch jumps in the air becoming untargetable for a short period and landing on the ground creating an aoe knockup with an explosive he always keeps taped to his elbow for whatever reason. The size of the knock up depends on the diameter of the radius, being the distance between Philch and the farthest enemy champion with a stack of priority. Any enemies with a stack caught in the aoe Knockup get the stack consumed, and take damage from the knockup.

What is the size of the zone i'm assuming its like
Also what would happen if a enemy champion was to back since the passive stacks last for 10 seconds.
Can you have more than 1 stack of priority?
If so would you get stacking attack speed or would more then one champion be able to get the proc?
