Mordekaiser Rework Concept

Passive: When killed, he instantly respawns at base as a ghost. In this state, he can freely move around the map, but can't damage or be damaged by any attacks or spells. He will remain as a ghost until his death timer runs out, where he will emerge from the ground and slam his mace on the ground, doing magic damage in a small area around him.

Q: Mordekaiser embews his mace with power, his next attack will do bonus magic damage. If the auto kills a unit, the buff is increased and move to the next auto. This buff will continue until either the auto doesn't kill a unit, or the auto hits an enemy champion. This buff is maxed out at 3 stacks.

W: Mordekaiser Stomps on the ground, after a short time, a the ground will erupt, doing damage in a cone in front of him and slowing enemies.

E: Mordekaiser calls a spirit to open his mouth on either himself or a targeted enemy or ally minion. After a short time, or if mordekaiser recasts the ability, the spirit will close its mouth, doing damage to the target (if its an enemy champ or minion), and healing mordekaiser.

R: Mordekaiser throws out spiritual chains. The chains will latch onto the soul of the first champion it hits. This chain will remain for 5 seconds. During this time, the enemy champ latched to the chains cannot leave a circle around mordekaiser, and after a few seconds, mordekaiser will rip the soul from the enemy, doing massive magic damage. If this ability kills the enemy champion, the soul will join mordekaisers army until either the soul is killed, mordekaiser is killed, or the souls timer runs out.

Too simple for Riot. Like. 1/4th as complex as what it will be. Passive minigame most likely.
