Idea of a new champion (Gregor, the Evil Psychic)

Hello League of Legends community. I have been having this idea of a new champion in my head for a quite some time and would like to share it with you.

This champion is called Gregor. He is a psychic with the ability to mimic other champions. His overall knowledge took him to great levels, pushing him over the edge losing his mind in black arts. He has laser cannons planted in his arms and his looks resemble of Viktor to some extent.

More about his abilities below:

Passive - Shows the locations of the enemies for 3 seconds every minute. This does not occur if he's dead.

Q - Gregor fires a skill shot that can be used 3 times in row before cooldown. Each hit slows and damages the enemy and gives away the position of the enemy for 3 seconds. This ability can be used on minions as well.

W - Gregor starts to control enemies within a short radius slowing them down. All enemies that remain in Gregor's W radius after 3 seconds will be frightened. His W can be cancelled by pressing W again. Gregor can't move while using his W.

E - Gregor instantly teleports a short distance. If E is pressed again within 3 seconds he teleports back to his original location.

R - Gregor goes into his ultimate mode where his Q, W and E amplify into more powerful versions of his abilities where Q mimics Lucian's, W Karthus' and E Twisted Fate's ultimates. Gregor can freely switch between normal and ultimate modes but when he uses an ability in ultimate mode the ultimate ability becomes active and he will have to wait 90 seconds before using his ultimate again.

More about his ultimate abilities below:

Q - Activates his ultimate ability that mimics Lucian's "The Culling". Just like Lucian he can clear minions with it. The difference is each shot slows down the enemies.

W - Activates his ultimate ability that mimics Karthus' "Requiem". All enemies get slowed until the final blow that takes away enemies' health. The difference from Requiem is the moment the big bang comes the enemies become frightened as well.

E - Activates his ultimate ability that mimics Twisted Fate's "Destiny". Gregor teleports long distance just as Twisted Fate would. The difference with this ability is if it's used again within time Gregor can teleport back to his original location.
