Problem with Omega Squad Veigar (skin)

Hello riot. I have problem with this particular skin on Veigar. Usually when I'm versus Veigars I keep destroying them since my champ is good vs him. But when enemy Veigar uses this skin I can't anymore cause the effect animations are so poorly visible. I can barely see his w coming until it has already hit me. It's a serious problem. Do you acknowledge this too?
