Game Mode: Summoner's Rift, No Mercy

this game mode would be similar to Blitz, URF, and Vanilla Rift. it would be played on SR and have these features:

  1. all players get an aura that gives them bonus adaptive damage over time. (a global Gather Storm)
  2. all players get another aura with 25% CDR and consume 50% less mana on spells.
  3. Turrets would actually be able to do something. whether it be extra endurance so they don't melt or they have extra strong shots that would scare even a tank like Garen .
  4. minions would move allot faster and/or appear in larger numbers.
  5. Jungle Camps would be tougher to kill.
  6. Rift Herald and Baron Nashor take turns spawning rather than Herald appearing once and is gone.
  7. there is no limit on the Dragon Buffs.
  8. there would be no surrendering at all. (hence the title No Mercy)

i doubt this would even be considered (hell i bet allot of players will throw toxic at me for this) but i thought it would a nice way to combine all of the previous game modes (that i have done) into one.

When I read "No Mercy" I was thinking something extreme like no fountain healing or no health potions. Maybe reduced healing, just throwing stuff out there.
