Garen's ultimate feels really simple when using this skin. All the other skins have a nice effect taking place when Garen uses his R. This skin is his most expensive, but even the classic skin has the epic visuals that steel legion lacks.

What do you mean? For me, it's like the same effect of the other Garen skins' yellow effect, just in blue. If you are referring to the shockwave, it only happens if Garen kills his target with Demacian Justice. :P
