So you go ahead and give Anivia the skin I've been requesting for Quinn since last season...? I've been requesting Carnival (Festival) Quinn since I fell in love with Valor and you give Anivia while giving Quinn this fugly looking Heartseekers skin? Like really?? Great job riot... I guess my other skin idea (shinobi/ninja Quinn) will be turned into Ninja Anivia since she's a more important bird than Valor... Good to know you actually like MY idea though...

So basically you just think every skin idea up for Quinn then claim it as your own? It's not like "Carnival" skins would be all that unique... It's not like it came out during Carnival at all... and was announced in Brazil first... or that Carnival is an extremely well known celebration so probably everyone and their mother thought of a Carnival skin for some champion at one point. I'm not even sure they saw your idea especially with when reviewing your history how extremely negative you seem to be. No constructive criticism that I saw... maybe there is some, but I eventually stopped.

Quinn might get a Carnival skin next year, but Anivia IS a bird while Quinn has a bird. If anyone is going to get a Carnival skin first, it's probably Anivia.
