Quinn is a top champ and will always even with the changes given, be a top champ because other adc's out range her. She is better top because she has melee capabilities as well as damage and spacing abilities for 1v1 situations. The changes presented at the moment though will make her not viable as ANYTHING because the blind and ult are what made her what she is. I VOTE TO KEEP QUINN AWESOME!!!
redniwediS5 votesShe's not an ADC, she's a Marksman. Graves is pretty much not an ADC anymore after the changes, but he is still a Marksman.
Quinn specifically is still a top laner, and perhaps even a mid laner from time to time, particularly after these changes. You might not like how these changes look on paper, but don't let yourself form a concrete opinion before you've played them yourself. Most importantly of all make sure you fully play them and learn the ins and outs of her new kit, rather than just playing a handful of matches and comparing how she is to how she was.

I am all for change, but they basically deleted Valor, they deleted a kit. Valors half of the kit is gone, not changed, gone, thats not cool
