Let Leona use her own Passive! This has gone on long enough... Her primary role is TANK not support. So she should be able to utilize her own passive and be able to hold her own without some selfish adc!!! You nerfed her abilities and now she deserves something for herself. GIVE LEONA THE USE OF HER PASSIVE!!!
Never understood why she couldn't proc her own passive. It deals flat damage so it deals the same amount of damage regardless of who hits the target,
The passive was never given a purpose... I'm pretty sure it was an after thought the developers just made up. I mean what other champ can't solely use their own passive
If she could proc her own passive she'd need to be nerfed to the ground. Properly comboed I'm pretty sure she would be able to 100-0 most champs at lvl 3. She's a very strong sheen user if you want to take her top.
