P: Tibbers Annie is accompanied by the legendary shadow bear Tibbers. Tibbers deals X (+X% AP) magic damage every second to nearby enemies and can be controlled by holding alt. If tibbers dies, he will respawn next to Annie after 60 seconds. Annie may target Tibbers with certain spells for a different effect.

Tibbers' stats are based off those of Annie, and his basic stacks apply on hit effects from any items or buffs that Annie has.

Q: Disintegrate X mana, 5 second cooldown Deal X (+X% AP) magic damage to a target enemy. If the target is killed, the cost and half of the cool down are refunded.

When targeting Tibbers, this causes Tibbers to deal bonus magic damage on his next basic attack equal to 120% the damage of Disintegrate.

W: Incinerate Deal X (+X% AP) magic damage to all enemies in a 45 degree cone. If Tibbers is caught in the blast, he will deal the damage again to all enemies in the range of his burning aura, stunning them for X seconds.

E: Magma shield Shield a target ally for X (+X% AP) health, lasting 5 seconds. If Annie targets herself, she gains X armor and magic resist for the duration. Enemies who attack a shielded unit take X(+X% AP) magic damage. Targeting Tibbers causes him to become enveloped in smoke, becoming untargetable by enemies for the duration and reducing the sight radius of enemies caught in his burning aura.

R: Flame Blitz Tibbers enters an empowered charge, running from his current location to a target location, stunning nearby enemies for 0.75 seconds on arrival and dealing X (+X% AP) magic damage to them.

Mage reworks? Nah. Not all mages are being reworked, just immobile mages.

Riot stated that Immobile Mages such as Vel'Koz, Zyra, Brand, Anivia, Veigar etc. are going to be getting a kind of "aesthetic" rework to make them more viable.

What Hammerlock says, but can't lie...awesome concept here.
