  1. Changes similar to this will increase the amount of players picking support, which reduces auto fill.
  2. The passive I've given the gold-income items will allow a behind bot lane to play safer
  3. Supports get more experience in the mid-game: _ support is usually very far behind in experience due to roaming and warding, and the 66% exp gained due to a duo lane especially when caught while warding._
  4. Putting the gold incomes in similar situation as jungle items: _requiring a summoner spell will allow us to give them these buffs without solo lanes taking the items as they would be very efficient. _

scout honor is cool but ancient coin buffs are op and change 5 items for 1 isnt a very good idea

only REAL issue I have is that I wont be as tanky early game, also I don't think relic should execute if allies aren't nearby

I think taking away exhaust/ignite is a serious detriment to the support position. Also, I think this gives people all the more reason to play "support" but go full AP or something like that. It's good in concept but in practice I dislike the idea. Also, the EXP thing is just part of playing support and being behind 2 levels doesn't really matter all that much as a support. I think your idea is interesting but changes core gameplay mechanics that shouldn't be changed.

I'm still seeing that Summoner being used in other lanes.

Top and mid just gained dive potential with that shield. On the plus side you can't use it until level 6. The vision perspective is still useful for multiple lanes, always. Lee sin could probably even take it instead of flash in the jg. I do like how it specifies that it has to be cast on an ally. Self cast would be ridiculous.

I would not both either the Relic line of Ancient Coin line in that manner though. A tank top could sacrifice the damage and get a quicker wave clear for level 2 with the execute if not needed around allies or even trading then executing for health back.. I understand it was made with supports in mind, but just too much change Ancient Coin would be abusive for Top, Mid, or even ADC (as a second item buy). Increasing the gold given from coins and mana means faster income and more ability poke. Now, I can understand the "Why would an ADC buy it?" question. It would be good in two situations: 1. Getting pushed under tower. Since the coins produce as long as you don't last hit, even if you miss farm under tower won't penalize you as much. 2. The support has item 3302 . Siege Minions will always drop a coin when killed (Also not on the same cd for coin drop as regular minions). So not only is the support giving you the gold from the siege minion but there is also extra gold or maybe mana from it as well.

item 3303 would just see a resurgence in the mid lan with poke mages, maybe top with Swain .

The only down side being to the solo lanes is that they lose a summoner in exchange. The vision and vision control could be worth the trade though.
