how do i go about an indepth report against a moderator who abused his authority it is not an available option under submit a ticket, and naming someone who violates rules is against the rules of the forums.

Discord can be accessed through your web browser, you do not need to download the app (that's why we use it). Otherwise, you can submit a Support Ticket under the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions.
