Clyde: The Magi-Thief Reasoning: Clide is a Mage/Assassin who counters mages users and deals significant burst damage.

Physical Description: Blond Rat-Tail, Green eyes, Leather Fingerless gloves with rune marks, White Skin, Blue Coat with Golden Rim

Mental Description: Curious, sly, and intelligent

Backstory: Clyde was once just another enigma in the slums of Bildgewater, only his father knew his name, his mother left him after he was born. He always looked for adventure where ever it was but never had anything to do since he was usually the prisoner of a pirate ship. He heard of many legendary figures and the mythical League of Legends, but by the time he convinced his father to let him try to be a champion the League of Legends had dispersed, and the champions had gone their separate ways. Now Bilgdewater is in the middle of a large conflict between Captain Fortune and the notorious and surprisingly undying Gangplank. Eventually his father died in the middle of a cross fire and Clyde was sure he would follow; he had no special skills and no weapon of any kind. So to stay safe he began working as a bus boy for Gangplanks ship. Eventually he felt that Gangplank would remove him for someone more useful, the thought knowing at him until he eventually ran away. This changed when one day Clide was hungry and saw a rouge wizard pass by. Clide went to grab his attention but when he touched him a sudden surge of power entered Clyde, while it left the wizard. When the wizard fell to the ground Clyde knew what happened, for he had gotten his magical power. Clyde found the wizards friends and decided to test his knew found abilities. He found that while he had limited amounts of storage room he could easily use nearby Ley-Lines to sap the Powers of magic users and turn it against them. With this he became the first and only Magi-Thief, a being that can steal magic from other beings. With these he returned to Gangplank and asked for forgiveness. He was lucky to get the rare case where Gangplank decided to forgive him. He now works as Gangplanks first mate and uses his powers to remind the mages of Rune Terra that their magic is not an excuse to disobey the Rule of Gangplank.

“I better watch myself from now on while in Bilgdewater” Ryze, upon hearing about Clyde.

There's a few things wrong here, so I'll list them quickly and in bullet point format:

  • All point and click abilities make Jack a dull boy.
  • Magical Reflux shouldn't lower AP. That's just plain overpowered while also being far too passive to be interesting.
  • Arcane Burn's mana burning is far too high for a stacking debuff.
  • Three silences. No.
  • Q and W do pretty much the same thing.
  • He's an assassin, but where are his tools for getting in range of his target? No innate tankiness or hard cc like Ekko to help him when he gets in super close range (450 is SO low).
  • I'm not much of a numbers guy, but those ratios are damn high for someone with no skillshots.
  • His movespeed is insanely high and his attack range is insanely low, but that is in no way compensation for how incredibly squishy and vulnerable he ends up being.
  • His kit is ridiculously Feast or Famine, but on a case to case basis: If he gets in range to 1v1 a mage, he wins. If not, he won't do anything much outside of his ult.

Mana stealing is unique, and the passive showed IMMENSE promise for an interactive champion, but his kit doesn't offer any interesting ideas to follow up. There's just not much to say about this champion except he needs utility/mobility. Nerf his E and choose whether to scrap his Q or W for the sake of giving him some sort of gameplay interaction.

I don't think this would work since you can literally make someone run out of mana with one skill combo. Also having two silences is insane. Another thing is that the kit gives the champion more ap but they only have two skills that do damage

This is still extremely overpowered, considering that he can steal so much mana and also the ap stealing on his w is too high. Ap champions will be negatively affected by this.

No dice on this guy. 3 silences? 33-45% AP reduction? Mana drain and stealing? This looks like the epitome of an anti-fun champ. He doesn't just counter mages. He counters anyone who uses mana. But he'll get stomped by people who don't use mana. This is not healthy. Gaining mana isn't at all a problem for him with 3 point and click abilities. His passive is interesting, but all of his activated abilities are too similar. Silence/mana drain/mana steal/damage. He has 0 cc other than the silences. He also has 0 mobility. I'd recommend an overhaul of his ult and two of his basic abilities to have less extreme anti-mana user things.

Some more easily fixed problems: His base movespeed is 370. The current highest in the game is 355. Lower it. Various grammar mistakes (oh lord the title. He is a magi-thief. That means he steals magi or mages. But that's nitpicking.)

Please consider this piece advice and let me know if you are planning on making changes. This guy has potential, it's just unused at the moment.
