Program Xerath Skin Suggestion/Drawing

Xerath's skin options have failed to impress me. They don't feel like they offer anything different from one another. Battlecast feels like it should deliver on a different theme, but with it's retexture to try and make it look like the Battlecast line it looks more like default Xerath but with red particles instead of blue. Scorched Earth and Guardian of the Sands are OK if you're looking for a higher quality skin that's only slight variation on his default theme, but if you want something actually different you're out of luck.

That's where Program Xerath would fit nicely. Program Lissandra showed how good a primarily dark textured champion could look with a white base and strong accent colors (these strong accents are lacking in Runeborn Xerath). I would hope that if this skin was made it would also modify his particles, using some sort of circuit board design for them.

Anyway, here's my take on what Program Xerath could look like. Not sure if it'll look better on the boards with the transparent background or not, so I figured I'd post both versions.
