My Ao Shin concept (for Kit and Lore only)

I have decided to create a lore and spell kit for Ao Shin, in hopes that Riot will take notice and decide to make this (or at least get an inspiration for) into the Ao Shin on release and prevent another possible delay. I hope this is well received

Backstory: Ao Shin lives upon the Highest peak of Mount Targon and has spent years connecting to the sky from it. He is Praised as a Deity by many of the Inhabitants and thus gains the occasional offering, as he watched the self proclaimed subjects tend to him he became fond of them and began to take care of them and teach those who were willing his magical arts, one of these “Disciples” was a small girl from the city state of Zaun named Janna. He ruled for many years and watched Both Shurima and the League rise and fall, The War of the 3 Sisters, and the civil war upon Bilgewater. Through all of this his people remained safe, until the crystal caves began to moan. Some force had entered the mountain and now it began to cry in pain. He knew something was wrong and so he went to investigate. The mountains pain was also noticed by a Gem Knight of old called Taric, who said some foreign gem of some sort had forced itself into the mountain, and was spreading. When Ao Shin found the Crystals Taric spoke of he recognized what they were. He went to purge them but they activated, summoning hordes of Voidlings and Void Beasts. Ao Shin and Taric were able to fight them off, but it was the Heroic efforts of the Skarner who was able to close the portal made by the crystals. Ao Shin knew what this meant, and so with a farewell to his people he went to the two largest factions to do the impossible. He had to get Noxus and Demacia to work together if the world was to be ready for the imminent invasion from the Void.

Abilities

Passive: Spirit of The Storm: Ao Shin gains a 5% (+1% per level) Movement Speed, Attack Speed, and AD while in the area of his abilities, He also gains 1 Esense of the Storm when he casts a spell, up to a max of 5. Spells cast while Ao Shin has 5 stacks will gain a bonus effect.

Q: Lightning Surge:** Passive**: Ao Shin's Auto Attacks deals 40% of his AP as bonus magic damage Active: Ao Shin summons 5/6/7/8/9 bolts of lightning in target area with a 1.5 second delay for the first lightning bolt and .5 second delay for each lightning bolt after words. The lightning can be fired in a line or, depending on how far back the mouse is moved before casting, a cone or circle (Range: 150 per Lightning bolt). The line has more damage but has a linear range. The circle has a greater range for larger groups but deals less damage than the line. The cone trades off a bit between the two depending on its size but remains as a Jack of all Trades but a Master of None. Each lightning bolt deals 90/110/130/150/170 (+.9 AP) Magic Damage when cast in a line but the damage is reduced the more area you apply the max being the full circle which deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+.4 AP) Magic Damage. If Ao Shin casts this spell while he has 5 stacks of Essence of the Storm, after 2 seconds the target will become the center of a second cast, this can happen 3 times, and can’t be affected again for 5 seconds. Cost:70/80/90/100/110 Mana, Cooldown: 10 sec/10 sec/8 sec/8 sec/6 sec

W: Deluge: Ao Shin summons a large rain storm (Range: Circle: 660) for 5 sec/6 sec/7 sec/8 sec/9 sec, slowing all enemies in the area by 30%/32%/34%/36%/38% (+1% for every 30 AP) and slowly reducing their MR by 2/4/6/8/10 for each second they are in the storm. If the spell is cast while Ao Shin has 5 stacks of Essence of the Storm, Deluge will also leave the area it affected flooded for an additional 3 sec/4 sec/5 sec/6 sec/7 sec, Prolonging the effects of Deluge to enemies who are in the flooded area. Cost: 100/100/150/150/200 Mana, Cooldown: 20 sec/18 sec/16 sec/14 sec/12 sec

E: Cyclone Guard: Ao Shin summons a Cyclone in target area (Size: 260 +10 for each point in the ability) for 8 seconds. All projectiles within range of the Cyclones winds (Range: 360 starting from the base of the Cyclone) will gradually turn towards the general position of the Cyclone, Allies can see the direction change of their abilities, this does not count for the boomerang return effect of projectiles. If the projectile hits the Cyclone, the projectile will be absorbed. At the end of the Duration the Cyclone will explode, sending all absorbed projectile out in a random direction and applying their effects to all enemies. Ao Shin can mark a Target before the Cyclone ends if he has 5 stacks of Essence of the Storm, causing the fired projectiles to aim towards the marked champion. Cost: 130/150/170/190/210, Cooldown: 23 sec/22 sec/21 sec/20 sec/19 sec

R: Ao Shin Arashi: Ao Shin ascends to the heavens after 2 seconds (He can be interrupted during that time) becoming untargetable and invincible for 10/15/20 seconds. During this time Ao Shin gains Global Vision and his abilities are Empowered and gain global range, he cannot attack during this time but is still considered to be in the same lane (Ie, Minions XP from that lane is still gained.) Cost: 300/400/500, Cooldown: 100 sec/90 sec/80 sec Empowered Q: Lightning Storm: Ao Shin summons Lightning on target area after a 1 second delay. (AoE: 350) dealing 500/700/900 (+1.5 AP) damage to all enemies hit. He can cast this any amount equal to the Number of Lightning bolts that he would summon from Lightning Surge. No cost, Cooldown: .5 seconds Empowered W: Tears of the Heavens: The spell works like Deluge but can be moved like Chaos Storm and leaves a flooded trail in its wake. Allies in the area Regenerate 50% of their Max Health, Tears of the Heavens lasts for 8 seconds. No Cost, Cooldown: 2 seconds Empowered E: Ao Shin's Breath: Ao Shin releases a mighty Vortex from his mouth that lasts 5 seconds. The Vortex sucks up minions and creeps and instantly destroys them. Dragon and Baron will not be destroyed but will become untargetable. Nearby enemy champions will be slowed by 80 percent when near the Vortex (Range: 290) and all projectiles are absorbed. Enemy projectiles never return while ally projectiles can be fired by Ao Shin from another direction (This cannot catch a projectile it has thrown when it returns. Ie. Ekko Time thing, Gnar Boomerang, Draven Ult. Ect.) No Cost, Cooldown: 3 seconds
