Speahh and Magic Helmut!

Formally requesting a champion that has a "SPEAHH AND MAGIC HELMUT!" so I can make references to that all game long and annoy teammates and enemies alike. Also request that this champion has some sort of minigame involving him (or her I guess, but it IS supposed to be Elmer Fudd) killing wabbits. Failing this, I formally request a wabbit champion.
