Now, I don't know if this is a bug or not, (which is why this is in Miscellaneous) but I used my Void Rift today and sent it towards Yasuo and he blocked it with his Windwall. How does an ability where I am opening a cavern in the ground get blocked by an aboveground wall of wind? I know it blocks projectiles, so I'm not upset about him blocking my Q with it, but thematically, how does a cavern being blocked by wind make any sense?
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but Yasuo is still a champion. Any word on when this is getting fixed?

Themeatically, it makes no sense. However, Vel'koz's W is probably programmed as a projectile since the opening chasm has a travel time, which would cause it to be blocked.
I had an interesting Azir-Mundo interaction the other day.
We were about to win, I tanked for the last two turrets while the ADC took them down. My ult is almost over, so I start walking away to get out of turret range again... then my Azir pushes an enemy away from them (but towards nexus), and somehow locks me between his wall and the nexus wings, trapping me while my fatass wiggles desperately to escape. Ult having worn off, I die :(

put it in report a bug, it may or may not get fixed but it's almost certainly just an oversight with how velkoz W is coded.
Shit happens when you make an ability that has such wide spread ability interactions lol.
I mean Vel'koz's auto attacks and ult already go through so, personally, I don't mind if W is blocked...
Stuff like Wind Wall and Unbreakable also stop 
Sapling Toss from flying the full length. It's just the way Riot has chosen things to work.
If that should get through then shouldn't Janna's whirlwind cancel out the wind wall since they share the same element?
Vel probably tosses a projectile (wave of energy, etc) that causes the rift, that can be blocked.
Wind Wall blocks Braum's Ultimate, too.
