You're only hurting yourself by refusing to play him because you feel entitled to buffs simply because you have a lot of mastery points on the champion.
I mean, he doesn't need it, and nobody cares if you have 700k on nasus, unless you're THE highest rated nasus, you shouldn't expect changes just for you. Hell, my friend has 700k on bard on his main account, 300 k on his second account, even then he's not the highest rated bard, not by a long shot.
any nasus player would see this as fair. its not changing his damage at all- and risky to run cotc anyways.

And second, just because you have a high mastery points on a certain champion doesn't mean you have the rights to change the champion's kit.
