there needs to be a champ with this move

ok so was thinking, what if there was a move the was like lissadras claw move thingy, but it worked like an ezeral ult where it just keeps going forever! basically a teleport, but it moves so slowly. i dont know, something id like people coming out with new champ concepts to think about.
