PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Downvoting I do not take seriously whatsoever as it has been abused by trolls and those that mindlessly downvote, I highly recommend and encourage you to please leave a comment with some kind of thought and effort into so I can improve on my concept as time goes on so that it will evolve and change becoming better with feedback. Thank you very much!

Fenney [fehn - nee] is a half-yordle and half-dragon, she retains her small yordle size and fur, but she has a lot of fire-breathing dragon tendencies. And for the record it is a type of land dragon, but because she is small and always on four legs she can dart about swiftly and is not slow unlike a full blood dragon, also she can breath fire!

Fenney is a short range marksman and can be a mage as her secondary role. Fenney is an Energy champion with even higher regen, but half the Energy pool, her abilities are restricted by high cooldowns in the early game and as you rank them up, most notably rank 5, her basic abilities all have no cooldowns making her a true Energy dumping champion and has to really manage her Energy pool carefully to use the abilities she needs at the time; her ultimate will be restricted by a long cooldown with no resource.

So will Fenney be too hot to handle for you, the user, with her short range and Energy management OR will be she be too hot to handle to the enemy by someone that mastered the art of playing as this feisty little furry dragon?
