Tiktik, the End of Time
Tiktik [tihk - tihk] is a female yordle where she is stuck in limbo between the world of Runeterra and another world, so she stopped aging a long time ago, she can jump between Runeterra and the limbo space, but for some reason she can never enter the other world/dimension having the world forever unknown to what it is and what is in it. Tiktik has the power to obliterate any object or being from existence, as if they never were never created or born.
Tiktik is a duo-lane mage, the farming role not a support, she can be taken to other positions, but you may not have as good of a time and being in this space she is meant to replace what marksmen can do; which is the ability to kill tanks and take objectives.
Basic Attack Range: 600 units Movement: 335 units per second
Interdimensional Portal (Passive): Range: 600 units Upon gaining a kill or assist on a champion, structure, or epic monster Tiktik will return to the space between worlds for 1.5 seconds, her next movement command during this time will cause her to appear at that location near where she was or near where her nearby connected ally champion is.
Upon reappearing Tiktik's next basic attack within 3 seconds will deal 12%(+1% per 50AP) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage (max 600 damage against monsters).
Existence Eraser (Q): Cooldown: 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds; Cost: 25/30/35/40/45 Mana; Range: 600 units Tiktik slowly erases the target enemy from existence to deal 60(+25%AP) plus 6/7/8/9/10%(+1% per 75AP) of the target's current health as magic damage (max 120/140/160/180/200 damage against monsters).
Existence Eraser deals 80/110/140/170/200(+25%AP) true damage against minions refunding the mana cost and cooldown for successful executes.
World Connector (W): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 0 / 60 Mana; Range: 1200 / 950 units On Unit Cast: Tiktik connects to the target ally champion allowing her to use her abilities around that champion when near it depending on who is closer to Tiktik's mouse cursor. Casting World Connector again on a different ally champion will switch her connection, only connected to one champion at a time.
On Ground Cast: Tiktik launches a magic connector in the target direction clinging on to the first enemy champion struck for 4 seconds and damaging any non-champions it may have passed through for 80/120/160/200/240(+75%AP) magic damage. The other connected ally champion's attacks and abilities deal 40/55/70/85/100(+40%AP) bonus magic damage to the enemy champion while it is still connected to the champion linked to it.
Unstable Matter (E): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana; Range: 600 units Pulse out unstable energy around Tiktik or her nearby connected ally champion to deal 60/85/110/135/160(+50%AP) magic damage to struck enemies.
For the next 1.5 seconds, the connector beam between Tiktik and her connected ally champion becomes unstable and visible to the enemy team to deal 40/60/80/100/120(+30%AP) magic damage and slow struck enemies by 40/50/60/70/80% for 1.5 seconds that get struck by this beam, additionally this beam stops all dashes that attempt to go past it.
Rift Travel (R): Cooldown: 160/120/80 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Range: Global / 800 units Tiktik disappears from this world to reappear behind her connected ally champion 500 units based on where the closest enemy champion is, if any are nearby.
Rift Travel can be cast again upon reappearing within the next 6 seconds to send a beam in the target direction around Tiktik or her nearby connected ally champion to deal 150/225/300(+50%AP) true damage to struck enemies and stunning them in place for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
