[Champion Kit Concept] Concept for a possible champion I will be making. Thoughts?
Hey there! Just wanted to introduce this first. This is a kit I am planning on implementing (or not) into a future champion concept (possibly), and I wanted to run it by people here to get a feel for what people think and possibly fixes for it or changes to be made.
Now, before reading further I wanted to explain that this champion concept is going to be sort of like a time/space/dimension like champion concept. A guardian/hunter/jailer of sorts. The weapon they use will be a chain/sword (Chain wrapped around their arm and hand and forms into a sword) and will be a low-mid range fighter using the weapon. Think futuristic, pristine, ghost like kinda champion. Ghost in the fact that they have a haunting appearance (and a blank metallic mask over their face).
Also, there are no numbers for the passive and abilities. They also have no gender yet since I haven't decided.
I did this because I wanted to get the concept across rather than the power behind them. The damage once created will be low, unless suggested otherwise from your feedback. Their stats are not shown because this is just for the kit. I will say they are a hybrid AD/AP fighter/assassin that is extremely squishy, but mobile.

Passive: Grants basic attacks and abilities stacks of "Distortion". Distortion stacks last for a short time up to a set max. Distortion stacks reduce armor and magic resist. Upon reaching max stacks they will explode the target enemy which will slow, damage, and reduce the armor and magic resist of the target and nearby enemies (By a lower amount than the target) for a medium length of time.
Q: Sends several chains out under the ground in target direction up to a max medium-long range that damages enemies along its path for low-medium damage plus AP scaling, and at the end of the range the chains will shoot up out of the ground. The range of this attack is adjustable as long as it doesn't exceed max range. This ability can be activated again within a very short time to teleport the caster to the end of the range where the chains appeared. If they do then enemies where they appeared and a short area around them enemies are damaged again. Enemies at the epicenter are knocked up for a very short time and enemies in the short radius around the epicenter are knocked back a short way.
Enemies hit by this have stacks of Distortion applied to them. Enemies with max Distortion and are hit by this ability are stunned for a very short time. This cannot happen again within a set period of time. Also, this overrides the knock up and knock back.
W: Targets a small area within a medium-large cast range creating a distortion. Enemies over this distortion when it appears have low damage applied to them plus AP scaling. These stay in place forever, but can be destroyed by 1. Standing over them for a short time. 2. Attacking with magic a few times (Not physical attacks). The caster may click any of these distortions to materialize there after a short duration. During this time the caster is invulnerable until they materialize. Upon materialization a small AoE explosion occurs dealing medium damage plus AP scaling.
Enemies damaged by these distortion portals have distortion stacks placed upon them. Enemies with max distortion become stunned in place upon taking damage from the distortion portals.
E: This ability works in tandum with the W, but also works on its own. This ability lashes a chain out in target medium length direction. This chain goes through enemy minions damaging them for low damage plus AP scaling. Upon hitting an enemy champion they will both be pulled towards one another meeting in the middle. The chain deals the same low damage as the minions upon contact, but when they meet the enemy champion is dealt low medium damage plus AD scaling.
Enemies hit by this are applied with stacks of distortion. Enemies with max stacks of distortion are knocked aside except for champions which, upon contact with the caster, explode for minor magic damage.
This can be cast towards a distortion portal. If done the caster will transfer into the portal and stay there. While there the portal deals no damage, the portal becomes invulnerable very a very, very, very short amount of time and afterwards is twice as hard to take down. Activating this ability while inside the portal will allow them to cast it again allowing them to grab another portal within range of the ability. If connected they will lunge towards that portal. While transfering towards portals they move fairly quickly and deal low contact damage with enemies along their path plus AD and AP scaling. Reaching a portal instantly refreshes this ability.
They can be interrupted during transfers using this method. Also hooking an enemy champion from this will pull them to the portal completely destroying the portal, but dealing bonus magic damage to them.
R: Creates several clones of themselves. They all then open distortion portals and disappear into them. The portals disappear upon them entering. During this time they are off the map entirely and cannot be targeted, damaged, or interrupted. They can however be interrupted before entering the portals and the ability goes on a reduced cooldown.
Upon entering the portals they now have global access sight over the map, but only to them. Their cursor turns to a skillshot/icon related to the ability which is a medium-large radius circle. Upon clicking and activating this ability a circular wall of portals opens up and the clones and them begin dashing extremely fast back and forth dealing really low damage that accumulates overtime to enemies inside the radius. Enemies inside the circle as they are opening become slowed. This can be avoided much like how you would avoid Nunu's ult and Veigar's prison. However unlike Nunu's ult if this isn't stopped before they enter the portals then it cannot be interrupted upon activation. Only avoided.
Upon entering the portals they have a medium amount of time to activate the damaging part of the ability or it will cancel and they will appear where they entered the portals and the cooldown will go into place, but at a reduced amount. The range of this ability, unlike the sight it gives, is not global, but it is extremely huge. Much like Ziggs and Twisted fate, but slightly bigger. Just not the entire map.
