Tin and Tely: The Tiny Twin Tyrants

Lore: In a small shack in the outskirts of Bangle City, a pair of twin yordles made gadgets a plenty. Come sit around, and listen to the story, of Tin and Tely.

The yordles were both unique, one was quite brave, the other was very meek. Though what the other lacked in a strong arm, she always came through with mind over brawn. The two would go to the city, to sell all their goods, but noone was buying, not their gadgets Or foods. Each time the buyer said no, the older one would put on a show, though nothing in it, is something you would want to know. She bashed and she crashed, she wrecked the whole street. She made all of the yordles, wish they would just go on and beat it. The younger of the twins, would always reconcile, being a good talker, and with tears of a crocodile. After many years of doing the same routine, the twins decided "This just isnt our thing". So they left off, to explore the world, leaving behind their shack, taking with them everything. They braved the streets of Zaun, traded some gear in Piltover. Ran from assassins of Noxus, and the day still wasnt over. They drank booze in demacia, and cried "WATER" in Shurima. Before they even knew it, they were on a boat to Ionia. After exploring so far and wide, comming across man, women and beast alike. They finnaly decided they were "Done" with exploring, and began their little hike. All the way back to their hut, with a bag of gold, and enough food to even sate that Gnar mutt. Yes the travels were great, the people astounding, but it didnt compare to their local surrounding. The calm wash of the river, the breeze of wind. Ahh yes, all was good outside of Bangle, the city where it all begins.

Status: HP: 390-1650 (498-1867)

Abilities: all abilities in respective order are Tin/Telly's (Tin is an AD Marksman, while Telly is a Bruiser/Tank)

Passive: Twins for Life! The twins each have their own health bar, and each benefits differently from specific item effects. When one twin dies, a small white bar will begin going down bellow the mana bar, giving a timer of 20 seconds before the other twin comes back onto the field at 50% health (+20% of Bonus Health). They each share a Bag, Three spots are reserved for Tin, and Three spots are reserved for Telly. (Arrangement of your items is Very important, for example, if you have a Hydra in Tin's bag, Telly will not be able to use the Ravenous Hydra effect. Also, you can purchase both a Ruunans Hurricane, and a Titanic Hydra, however, the Ruunans Hurricane cannot be swapped into Telly's bag, and vice versa.)

Tins Passive: Tin has a three hit system on an enemy, after every third shot the enemy is rooted for 3 seconds, each time the opponent is hit after they are rooted, the duration of the root goes down by .5 seconds. This passive can only proc every 30 seconds.

Telly's Passive: Telly throws her mace for her initial auto attack. Telly's hammer will knock passed its initial target, hitting up to two other targets behind it, each hit increases the damage by 25% of bonus AD. This ability can proc every 20 seconds.

Q: Hop Scotch/Heavy Duty Range: 600/300 CD: 10/10 Up and over: Tin jumps onto Telly's shoulders, firing a skill shot forward that does 60/85/100/115/130 (+55% in AD) in physical damage. If the skill shot lands, you can reactivate it to have Tin jump down, and Telly leap over Tin onto the target. This swaps the health bar over to Telly.

Heavy Duty: Telly slams her mace into the ground, causing a brief AoE damage of 30/50/80/115/155 (+60% of Bonus Armor) in physical damage. if the ability hits anyone, it knocks them back by 200 units in the opposite direction of where they were facing Telly.

W: Shooting their Ankles/Round-About Range: 650/400 CD: 12/20 Shooting Their Ankles: Telly throws Tin forward by 300, and the skillshot is fired from there. The shot can be fired in an Ark of 180 degrees in front and on the sides of Tin, and can be shot mid toss. The shot does 80/100/120/140/160 (+70% in AD). this shot fires through minions, however, it deals 5% reduced damage per target hit. The initial target gets slowed by 10% (+30% of the Opponents Bonus movement speed)

Round-About: Telly swings her mace in an arch, catching anyone in the swing pushes them in the direction she swings. You can choose to swing clockwise or counterclockwise based on which side of telly your cursor is currently on. When it hits the opponent it deals 40/60/90/120/150 (+30% of bonus Health). After the ability is used, you can recast it again to switch to Tin, who leaps back by 200 away from where your cursor is facing during the recast. This changes the Health bar to Tins.

E: Greedy Catch/Recklessness Range: 300/Self Cast CD: 26/20 Greedy Catch: Being the smart little yordle she is, Tin knows that the enemy enjoys Money! so she uses some of her own gold, tossing out 25/50/75/100/125 gold pieces in a bag to a location. If an opponent grabs the bag, they are overcome by greed, and take a moment to count out the gold inside. This leaves them unable to act for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. if the opponent is hit during the time they are counting the gold, they have a 50/40/30/20/10% chance of realizing they are in a battlefield, and will snap back to their senses, canceling the stun. The opponent carries the gold on them until they return back to base, or until they die. When the champion dies, the gold bags contents is transfered to whoever delivered the kill. If the champion is executed before the gold bag is brought back to the base, The gold instead vanishes, being lost forever.

Recklessness: Telly gains a sudden burst in movement speed (20% movement speed +50% of bonus movement speed), and gains an additional 40% in Attack Damage for 8 seconds. However during this time, she takes an additional 10% damage from all sources, and increases slowing effects on her by 25/20/15/10/5%. When Telly kills an enemy during this state, she begins regenerating 10% of her health over 5 seconds, and the duration of Recklessness is increased by 3 seconds.

R: Twin Powerrrrr! Range: 1000(400 for additional targets)/500(splash damage of 450) CD: 120 (For Both) Twin Powerrrrr!: This ability will automatically swap the twins after the ability is cast. each twin gets an Active for the cast of the ability, and a Passive for After the ability is used.

Tin: Active: Tin fires out a skillshot that travels through minions and terrain. when this ability hits a enemy champion or Epic Monster, it activates the hex-bullet activates its homing beacon, hitting up to an additional 4 targets, each target taking 10% less damage then the previous one. The shot deals 350/450/550 (+100% AD).

Passive: Gais an additional 50% attack speed, and increases her range by 50.

Telly: Active: Telly jumps onto a Hex-tech pad that Tin throws out, and launches herself into the air, suspending herself in the air for 1 second, before choosing a location bellow, and using the mace's inertia, launches herself to the targeted area, dealing a flat 200/300/400 (+50% Bonus Health) in True Damage to anyone in the area of effect.

Passive: Telly gains an Additional 30% Movement speed, and a bonus of 25% armor and Magic Resist that decays overtime for 5 seconds.

BTW if any of you are curious, No the ulti's passive does not apply at the same time, if Tin used her active, Telly would swap into battle, and activate her passive, and vice versa, thought i should clear that up lol.

"Overloaded" would be my concern.

let see if i got this right:

  • Tins passive 3 hits to get a 3 second stun?
  • Tely passive auto attacks each 20 seconds pass through the initial target hitting up to 2 other enemy units.
  • The Q changes tin to telly, reactivation turns telly back to tin.
  • the W changes telly to tin
  • The Tins abilities are mostly skillshots
  • Telly's are mostly AOE with E being her Self Buff/debuff
  • the gold bag idea is another concern, abusable/troll skill. cute skill, but the refund upon death in my concern
