Race: Human Gender: Female Heiratage: Unknown Homeland: (this part is complicated for her, as she will state that most of Valoran is her homeland) Friends: Janna Malphite Nami Shyvana (these are the ones who taught her how to use each of her individual elements) Foes:(The Void)Viktor Jayce (The void is her foe simply because it goes against all her teachings, as well as the "Next Gen" tech people such as Viktor and Jayce.

Lore: She was a young girl, always smiling and running about the prosperous city of Piltover. Her life was a good one, her parents worked for possibly the best inventor of the city, Jayce, and she lived very comfortably and without a care. One day she went to the lab with her mother, and grinned wildly as she ran about the room, all of the technology stunning her as it usually had. Jayce walked out to greet them, smiling and rubbing the top of Rey's hair as he cracked a some dumb joke. Then the buisness began, she sat and watched in wonder at the work her parents and Jayce could accomplish together, however this amazement would suddenly switch to horror, as a beam of light slammed into the lab. Blinking as she covered her eyes, she looked up, and saw a masked man walking in, his eyes beaming gold, hands behind his back, except, for the ominous grapple hanging over his shoulder.

He began laughing as he torched the room in flames, Jayce leapt for his hammer, quickly switching it into the Gun form and began firing on Viktor, however they simply reflected off of the shield he had prepared before entering. Viktor turned to Jayce and raised up his hand, launching out a small electrical grapple out from his wrist, Jayce switched back to Hammer form and surrounded himself with energy, deflecting the device, he then leapt at Viktor, whom narrowly avoided being pummeled into the ground. But before Viktor had a chance to react, Jayce continued with a side swing and threw Viktor into a wall. Rey yelped as Viktor landed beside her, she blinked, as he turned his head to her, and chuckled darkly, he began reaching for her before suddenly a thrown crowbar hit his back, he grunted in pain and looked over at Rey's parents, scrounging for something to fight with. Before they even got the chance to react, Viktors Drone was overtop of them, and then, thousands of volts of electricity volted through them, as his magnetic storm activated. All Rey could do was sit there and watch her parents convulse, in horror she saw them fall over, foaming from the mouth, eyes rolling back. She couldnt bear the sight anymore, she wanted to fight but all she could do was run, her legs carried her out of the hole Viktor came through, through the gates to piltover, and across the lands of Valoran before she stopped, gasping for breath and falling over at a cliffside.

She woke up, blinking rapidly as the sun was directly above her, she looked around her, before remember why she was out there. Suddenly tears began to flood her eyes as she curled back up, crying relentlessly. That's when she heard a deep, almost distorted voice come from behind her. "Stop whining fleshling" she turned to face the man, when she realised it wasnt a man at all. She panicked and crawled back a brief moment, staring up at Malphite, whom tilted his head at her. "Ah good, the fleshling knows her place" he sits down yawning "Woke me from my nap, it did." she blinked a few times, rubbing her eyes before standing up, dipping her head and apologizing, Malphite chuckled and nodded it off. After that she decided to stay with Malphite, following him about, learning how to live off the land around her, and studied the way he used the earth. One day she decided to mimic him, focusing on the energy that Valoran had within its soil, shifting her feet and arms attempting to pull and push the earth with her spiritual energy. after months of practicing, she'd be cheering energetically, grabbing Malphite and yanking on him to follow. He sighs and walks along with her before being honestly stunned at her feat. She managed to pull a massive slab from the earth, yanking it vertically into the air. He chuckled and pat her back, looking at her and saying "I think you've learned enough from me, you should explore more of this world."

At first she was resilient to the idea, but then she decided it was for the best, she said her final fairwells to Malphite before starting on her journey. She would come across such beautiful lands, meeting a magnificent woman, whom had been partly dragon, from her she learned to harness flames of incredibly intense heat. She would also travel across the sea, finding the land of Ionia, and commuting with Janna, a powerful wind mage along her way there. When Janna had heard about what, and Who had harmed Rey in the way they had, she agreed to teach her in her form of magic. By the time Rey had reached the land of Ionia, she was proficent in wind magic, thanking Janna before going on her way. As she traversed Ionia, she came across a collective of springs, among which she found Nami, a being that was both wise as she was kind. Nami seeing that the child had traversed so far to see these lands, agreed to let her meditate and practice at her springs. While Rey was there, she watched Nami mend the wounds of travelers with her waters, and pondered on how she did it. She came to Nami one day after recieving a wound from her Earth practice, which Nami gladly agreed to heal for her. She watched Nami's healing closely, feeling the eb and flow of the water along her wound. Nami saw her studying and chuckled, offering to train her, Rey grinned and nodded. After another six months, she had perfected the healing arts through water magic. After almost two years, she had learned how to use each of the base elements at her will.

Rey left on a happy note, bidding farewell to Nami, before disappearing for years. Ten years had gone by before word of a woman, tall, tan, and beautiful had saved a group of miners in Noxian teritory, and then another incident of the same woman saving a family from bandits in Demacia. many reports of this caliber began to appear everywhere, all describing her as "A force of Nature", or "Mother Nature". However one day, outside of the city of Piltover, and later that same week outside of Zaun, a clear message had been scrawled out for the cities. Carved in flames upon each of the cities walls, and in stone out on the path heading into the cities, was two Messages. Upon Piltovers was "The Elements will consume The filth of Technology", and written upon Zaun was "I will not forget, Nature will not forget, The wrath of the Arbiter comes". The messages were cleaned from Piltover quickly, and Zaun simply treated theirs as more graffiti, however both left a message firm in the minds of two men. Jayce and Viktor both could feel, the arbiter of the elements loomed over them, waiting to claim them for their lack of regard to nature. As promised, here are my thoughts surrounding the kit:

Passive: Really cool mechanic here, I think it just is a little too complex at the moment. What I like is the shared cooldown for all abilities and a way to break free of the global CD. However, I'd suggest keeping it at this core rather than adding the extra stat boost and further CD. Here's my thoughts-

"Rey's ability share a global cooldown of 6 seconds that cannot be further reduced by CD reduction. Her abilities each generate a stack of Elemental Charges up to a maximum of 8 stacks. For each stack of Elemental Charges, her global CD is reduced by 0.5 seconds. At 8 stacks, her abilities cost no mana and no longer share cooldowns for the next 6/9/12 seconds." No cooldown needed.

Q: Pretty fun ability here, but it would be interesting to instead make this a channel to ammo ability. Channel to regen ammo, then you can repeat the ability a number of times within X seconds before the ammo dissipates.

W: I like it. It's a nice reason for having such high mana costs.

E: Again, really cool concept. What if you gained a permanent speed boost for champion kills/assists? Would be fun to have a lategame speed-demon.

R: Another unique mechanic, but I have a few questions. Why does she take damage from the blocked attacks if they only activate after full damage attacks? Also, is the stone sliding to move some or does it also pushback/damage?

Hey dude, its taken me a while, but here is the review.

Passive, neat idea, but a bit confusing. I might have missed it, but how does Rey gain stacks? I feel like it may be a bit overloaded at the moment.

Idea: Abilities share cool down. Gain stacks from X, at Y stacks, Rey's next ability gains additonal damage / affects / different ability all together.

The rest of her abilities seem fairly solid, the R seems quite similar to Lissandra.

I feel like if you went with a passive Idea that at X stacks she gains new elemental abilities (Flame Lance Q, Typhoon W, Northern winds E, or something to that effect ).

I sort of feel she is kind of over-powered. Her W is the main OP thing here. Anyone within (x) radius? That sounds more like an ult than a W power. It's kind of like a Janna + Soraka mash-up.

I like the passives, but I feel you have too many passives. Her Q can stay. But, a heal with a passive shield is very OP in my opinion. Her E I like, but I just feel like you have too many passives. I would choose my favorites and delete the others.

Her abilities were very mashed up (the words were too close for me). I like a little space between the words like so:

Name:

Des.

Scaling:

Range:

Mana Cost:

See? Just a little more organized and a lot easier to read.

Oh also, her Q somewhat sounds like a mash of Shyvana's powers. The flame mark ability that she has and how it can be activated. That is all I have to say about her, besides the fact that she sounds awesome and really fun to play.
