A brief question for Riot about the Jhin and his impact on the lore of League.

Did jhin 'actually' kill Garen/Sona/Zed and Vi in the 'lore' of the game? or are they all still alive, since from my understanding, most of the trailers and events you throw at us with videos and content tend to be directly related to the story, are we playing champs that are technically dead? Something like Kindred where, we dont know if she's real or not because she's based off of a fairy tail told by others, could we be playing champions who are 'recreated' in the rift from their past history/tales of them and what not? i just thought it interesting since, because of the way time and space seem to work in the Rift, it makes me believe that they are just "Figments of their ideals" when they were alive. Just a thought i had recently.

He didn't kill them. That was all a promo done for the purpose of hyping Jhin. He'd potentially go out of his way to kill Zed or Sona sure, especially Zed, but Garen and Vi? Nah not directly anyway. Those four are fine.

For now.

God damn if he comes anywhere near Sona I'ma break his arms so fast.

He was visualizing their deaths in his own gory, twisted fantasy. It isn't actual reality... yet.

Everything could be a mere illusion. One thing is sure. Urgot lives.

Kled is another example of a character that doesn't actually exist in that world he is just a legit meme from noxus.

The teaser was seeing from his point of view what killing them would look like. Jhin sees beauty in death, and that's what the trailer showed.
