A "Sticky" Champion

I think League really needs a champion that can stick to champions like LB or Zed.

The way the meta seems to be changing into assassins only, I think Riot should make a tanky champ that possible latches onto champions. Maybe a parasite type monster or an armored frog that can latch on to someone with it's tongue.
