Arclight Vel'Koz Taunt Animation Backdrop

Hello everyone, I bought Vel'Koz's new skin today and it looks great! I do however have an issue with his Taunt (Or whatever Ctrl+2 is) lacking a backdrop to which Vel is writing his calculations on. On the base skin, Vel brings up a backdrop THEN proceeds to write on it. On the Arclight skin, Vel just begins writing without any backdrop and it looks really weird because the symbols don't appear for a half second or so while he's waving his tentacle around.

I just wanted to bring this to Riots attention cause it seems like they left the backdrop out when it should have been a copied animation from the base skin except in gold/yellow.

Please up vote so Riot can see and add the backdrop animation!!!
