This is a skin with ridiculous fanservice, made for humor (and for the ladies). OF COURSE it's not "cool dark creepy" Varus Varus, but THAT'S THE POIN? I mean, how is Vayne Heartseeker Vayne a dark, cool, demon hunter? But noone complained...

Well skins are meant to re-imagine the champions most of the time.

I for one though don't like it much. Could be better. He looks really weird to me, of course it's still a work in progress so it could get a lot better.

This seems basically the same story to me as Heartseeker Vayne. Pretty sure her character would never actually spend time trying to find love on Valentine's, but that's skins for you.

Skins are often irrelevant and nonsensical to characters and Heartseeker as a line is very much like that. So I think Varus fits.
