Passive: Locked and Loaded When Abigail stands still for 2 seconds she enters In Position, a crouched pose that creates a 900 unit ring around her. Abigail remains In Position until she moves or hits a marked target. If Abigail gains vision of an enemy while In Position then they are marked until she exits her pose, if a marked enemy is inside her ring then she gains 300 increased attack range against them and deals 10-100 (+25% Bonus Attack Damage) bonus Physical Damage on her first attack. This damage can critically strike. Range increasing effects increase the ring size by the same amount.
Locked and Loaded has a 30-10 second static cooldown per unit.
Q: Line 'Em Up | CD 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 | Cost 80 | Range 1,100 Abigail steadies her laser cannon and charges up a powerful piercing shot in a chosen direction. While charging Abigail cannot take any other action, and cannot change the direction of her shot, but may move to cancel the charge. Recasting makes Abigail fire off the shot and deal between 30/50/70/90/110 (+50% Attack Damage) and 90/150/210/270/330 (+150% Attack Damage) Physical Damage depending on the charge, increased by up to 0% (+0.5% Critical Strike Chance) damage, reaching max damage at 3 seconds. After 3 seconds of charging the range starts increasing by 150 each second, up to 1,850 max range. Abigail can charge this shot indefinitely.
W: Scouting Drone | CD 22/21/20/19/18 | Cost 50 | Range 2,500 | Sight Radius 400 Abigail sends out a surveying drone that reveals everything around it as it travels, upon reaching its destination the drone plants itself into the ground and acts as a ward revealing all stealthed and invisible units but not wards. Scouting Drones have 1 hit point, are visible, and remain until destroyed. Upon being destroyed scouting drones sound out a danger ping. Max of 2/2/3/3/4 drones can be active at one time. Can be cast while In Position.
Passive: If an enemy is revealed by a scouting drone then Locked and Loaded gains 200/225/250/275/300 bonus range against the target.
E: Electro-Sphere | CD 28/27/26/25/24 | Cost 80 | Range 600 | Absorb Radius 150 Abigail shoots out a slow moving magnetic sphere, the sphere absorbs all nearby enemy projectiles as it travels over 3 seconds passing through units and stopping at the first champion hit. Upon reaching its destination or hitting a champion the magnet sphere pulls all enemies within 300 units toward it and deals 30/50/70/90/110 (+100% Ability Power) Magic Damage to all affected enemies. If the sphere hits a champion then they are stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
R: Ion Cannon | CD 150/130/110 | Cost 110/120/130 | Range 2,000/2,250/2,500 | Radius 300 Abigail paints a marker and calls in help from her headquarters, sending over the coordinates of the location. After a 1 second delay a giant laser crashes down damaging all enemies for 200/400/600 (+200% Bonus Attack Damage, +100% Ability Power) Physical Damage, passing through 40% of their armor. The armor reduction persists for 3 seconds.
A common combo down in bot is to throw out your E and immediately start charging your Q, once E ends and pulls in the enemies then you fire off your Q to hit them all.
Q cooldown starts after it is fired off or canceled.
Q is similar to a nidalee spear in terms of projectile width, but is a laser so it travels instantly.
W can be destroyed before it lands.
R can be extremely hard to land if the enemy isn't under crowd control or has a dash. But can always be used to zone enemies out thanks to its huge damage potential.
Most the threat of your R will be in the armor reduction, spiking up all other damage from you by a rather large amount against tanks.
An indicator is displayed for R, showing the area that will be damaged, and a laser from the initial cast.
With W maxed you can hit enemies from 1,200 units away.
With a critical added in your passive will deal 225% damage + 75-81.25% Bonus AD. Your Q can deal up to 330(+50-62.5%) +225-232.5% AD with a critical hit, which with 400 AD would deal 1,466 versus the 1,125 passive. With no bonus AD or critical your Q will deal 511 damage and passive will only increase your range dealing base 121 damage.
Full build 400 Bonus AD with 121 base AD gives you 521 total AD making your passive deal 1,822 damage on a crit and your Q deal 1,747 damage. This might make Q seem worse in the late-game, but it still has piercing power, which with her low attack speed is very useful in pushing waves from a safe distance.
Full build 521 AD with a somehow pulled off full combo deals 4,969 damage. But that requires a target to enter your sight WHILE your Q is fully charged, giving you time to also land the passive, and then hitting them with your R.
E can be a great counter to trades or long range ults headed your way, try to keep it up unless you're pushing the wave and backing off. Firing it off in a direction and moving with it is a great way to escape while avoiding damage.

Needed another champ from a high-tech area, as I only had 2... Eston and Terunis. This also gives me another ADC going from 5 to 6. And another ranged champ. So this champ was basically just for balance? I would like to have my numbers be fairly balanced in terms of champions for regions, champions for roles, Melee/Ranged champions, Female/Male champions(still gonna have like 3x as many male champs, because I just happen to make more, if you want more females then check out Stacona :P ), and of course their alphabetized names because I actually care about that xD (No more D champs for awhile, their leading with 5 right now)
