Stacy, the Cerebral Patron Stacy is intended to be a telepathic heroine who uses kinetic energy to assist allies and excel of the fields of justice. I didn't want to waist too much time on lore but I imagine her being in some type of search of camaraderie and loyalty due to her experiences with betrayal and deceit. She probably works best as an aggressive support because I had that in "mind" when I though of the skills. Enjoy the concept, let me know what you think!

>(Passive) Expertise/Kinetic Blow: Stacy's basic attacks and abilities have a chance to trigger empowered effects. These effects are determined by (Critical Strike Chance).

Kinetic Blow- After every successful ability Stacy's readys Kinetic Blow, gaining MS and short basic attack dash range (about the length of Vayne's tumble) doing bonus magic damage scaling with her base AD and AP.

Expertise Trigger- Empowered Kinetic Blow has a (Critical Strike Chance)percent chance to deal double (the AP) damage.

>(Q) Contact- Stacy telepathically launches an image of herself doing a dashing palm strike to the 1st enemy hit, slowing champions by 40% decaying over 1.5 seconds and dealing x/x/x/x/x (AP) magic damage. If Kinetic Blow is ready, this image will prioritize champions with it. Minions and monsters are not slowed, but take more damage. (Will apply On-Hit effects)

Expertise Trigger- Contact has a (Critical Strike Chance)percent to root the enemy instead, and heal for double the damage dealt.

>(W) Psyche Release- After a brief delay Stacy releases a pulse from the targeted ally, dealing x/x/x/x/x (AP) AOE damage and freeing them from disables,enemy marks and/or DE-buffs.

Expertise Trigger- has a (Critical Strike Chance)percent chance to make the targeted Ally immune to disables for 3 seconds.

>(E) Phantom Sense- 1st cast: Stacy takes 30% reduced damage as she releases a vague image of herself that has a percentage of her bonus health as health. After launching this image, there will be a channel timer winding down for x/x/x/x/x seconds. During this time, your POV is as if you were the phantom while Stacy is stationary. This phantom has a lot of MS and can move through units but cannot cast spells. However, if Stacy has Kinetic Blow ready, the phantom can Kinetic Blow to burst and deal damage (This will not consume the true Stacy's Kinetic Blow. -After 2nd cast, being destroyed, or colliding with an enemy champion the phantom will burst and reveal an area of the map from where it was, giving vision and slowing anyone caught in the initial burst for while in the area.

Expertise Trigger- Burst has a (Critical Strike Chance)percent chance to reveal stealth targets and also gives true sight to targets caught by the initial burst for x seconds even after leaving the area.

(R) Cerebral Link- Passive: Stacy gains 10/20/30% Critical Strike Active: Stacy binds to and ally champion, granting both of them 30/40/50% Life-steal and Spell-Vamp for and a shield equal to x/x/x of her total health (+AP) 8 seconds. During this time Kinetic Blow/Empowered Kinetic Blows deal true damage, but if it deals the killing blow the blinded ally is rewarded kill gold.
