Fight Frog Riven

Riven would be dressed in a frog hoodie pajama/costume, and she would be holding a leaf for her blade.

Q- she would obviously hop like a frog and she would create puddles where she lands W- she stuns all enemies around her, and it forms a lily pad E- she dashes towards the cursor with a bubble and insects around her as a shield R- her leaf turns into a bigger leaf/flower

This is pretty simple, and i thought it would work well.
