Riven would be dressed in a frog hoodie pajama/costume, and she would be holding a leaf for her blade.
Q- she would obviously hop like a frog and she would create puddles where she lands W- she stuns all enemies around her, and it forms a lily pad E- she dashes towards the cursor with a bubble and insects around her as a shield R- her leaf turns into a bigger leaf/flower
This is pretty simple, and i thought it would work well.

SoldierOfDarknes1 votesI love it!
MaknBacnPancakes1 votesNot a fan.. I think she has other needs to be addressed skin-wise. I do give you credit for thinking of a skin though, nice job!
nonamewarrior1 votesThanks, I was just thinking of an inexpensive skin, (maybe 750) that people could afford.

If she holds a funcking flower for her ult, damn that's gonna be so cool instabuy for cute and epic. Even a Dandelion! That's already a great wind flower, and the wind slash would release the goddamn spores. HAHA
nonamewarrior2 votesI completely forgot about this thread haha
Xemulas1 votesniceeee
zzman730511 votesleap frog riven and it needs to have one or two partner champs for the skin so the splash can be a game of leap frog!
nonamewarrior1 votesI vote that it's Fizz and Gnar
