Champion: Satelle, The Minion King

I thought Satelle, The Minion King would be interesting. His Passive would buff minions in one way or another: giving them increased damage or health or both. His attacks would be melee, also. Satelle could spawn all minions: Q would spawn a melee minion, W would spawn a caster minion, E would spawn a Siege minion (with extra mana cost), R would spawn a super minion. To Satelle's advantage, these minions would not give gold to the opposing team, but would still have the same health, damage, etc. as other minions. Also, these minions would not appear different to the opposing team, and they would appear green, like a puppet. He would make a great Bottom Support or Top Laner because of his tanky kit, and the Banner of Command would be buffed, since this item is rarely used. Either way, this item would be essential to his build. This would give the Bot Lane a strong Early game, and it would allow lanes to push tremendously. A unique feature for this Champion would be that he would change color depending on the team, and his release skin would be "Winion King" based on the popular saying.

Here is a picture of an old minion that I think would work great for Satelle

I think this idea needs to be redesigned or given more detail. He seems more like a buff creature than a champion. Instead of him being a minion king find another idea otherwise he seems kinda worthless in the battle. What are minions going to do in a team fight? He is just a yoric skin

I like the overall concept, but I think leave his passive to buff minions or give him one or two skills to buff everyone (including minions). I can see this being either a strong tank character or strong support. His passive could even be affected by how many minions are in his vicinity, this could open up for more of a play on possible buff that the specific minion types can provide. As for his abilities? It all depends on the direction. So far there are summoners already that could push lanes like it's their job or something. But, what I think would make him interesting is give him the ability to not just summon one minion, but a couple as an ultimate, so you can make them beefy and little more tanky. And have the ultimate be affected by the last skill used. I think this would give you the game play you're after while keeping him original.
