getting a skin soon i main him and i was just wondering if he was i heard he was getting one and it would be legendary is this correct or is it a lie?

It was all but confirmed he and Zed would be getting legendary skins this year in a Dev Diary. These skins will most likely be connected to Zed's upcoming comic.
He's gotten plenty recently, I'd say he's done for a while.
