i don't know what it is but jhin feels weaker this patch anyone else's opinions?

Because he doesn't have the ludicrous interaction with Stormrazor and Hail of Blades, Jhin is basically back to where he should be. I think once people realize you can't hit mach 6 with one auto after buying Stormrazor and play him correctly, he'll be fine.

Haven't played him, but likely it was changing Stormrazor.

His artificially limited attack speed makes it impossible for him to contest with crit ADCs after 3 items.

He did just fine before Stormrazor was even released, in fact he was one of the top ADCs in the game. He's been able to contest with them before, why can't he do it now considering everyone is (almost) back to where they were before?

Everything isn't 'back to where they were before,' many ADCs received buffs to compensate for how weak they were when crit itemization was weakened, and they weren't taken away when it was reverted, while ADCs who had strong synergy with Stormrazor were nerfed and not compensated.

Also, Jhin wasn't a very strong pick until Stormrazor happened.

If a Twitch can dish out 2000 damage with two autos in 1 second, while Jhin can deal out 2500 with two autos in 1.3 seconds, Twitch is the winner because Jhin is dead before he gets the second auto off.

What game were you playing? Jhin had one of the highest pickrates and winrates across all ELOs and was chosen in the LCS multiple times. Since release Jhin has been a very prominent ADC, this is just a fact.

Yes, Jhin suffers against people who can put out more DPS than he can, but he still has a place as a marksman/assassin hybrid. He absolutely demolishes squishy champions and his utility from traps/W/ult is unmatched.

There's more to an ADC than just 1v1ing other ADCs.

I think he feels stronger, personally. Early game is a bit rougher since your first item is more expensive, but my shots hurt again.

The go-to build is to rush IE or Essence Reaver (IE if I'm ahead, Essence Reaver if I'm behind), then go for RFC (or PD, if the enemy keeps bursting me), finish Berserker's Greaves when I can, then I usually build a Last Whisper and sit on it while I finish a third crit item. Once that's done, I upgrade Last Whisper into whatever's most appropriate for killing the enemy team.
